To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Introduction
The restaurant owners most likely are the practitioner in the music industry. One of the owners is EO2 member and actor, Eddie Pang. Filled with nostalgic images of old Hong Kong, Capital Café has very unique decorations with music star accessories and collections. The signature dish here is their fried egg toast with soup noodles.

[香港]華星冰室 (太和中心) 今天跟老公到大埔區找下午茶吃,剛好有一個咪錶停車場有位置泊車,而旁邊就是華星冰室,於是進去吃下午茶。這幾天天氣都很炎熱,進去這間餐廳之後明顯感覺到有冷氣,爽!!餐廳沒有很多人,所以我們二人就坐了「卡位」。🥢 炸雞髀配薯條熱辣辣的雞髀,拿上手立即燙到,是新鮮炸出來的!!雞髀看上去有光澤,皮脆肉嫩,很是不錯。🥢 西多士我覺得牛油少了一點,不知道是因為西多士太熱所以溶掉了,還是本身就很少。西多士不會炸得太乾,糖漿是自己倒出來的,點了糖漿很好吃。🥢 加配火腿通粉這個加配火腿通粉要$12,有點少貴,幸好也不算很迷你,湯底也很濃郁,只是通粉我覺得有點兒硬。上網看餐牌,比起兩年前,加價得好像有點兒厲害,但是現在物價有點貴,也還算正常吧。要地方泊車,又要找個有冷氣的地方吃下午茶,這裏是一個不錯的選擇。餐廳資料:華星冰室 (太和中心) (太和)太和大埔太和路15號太和中心地下31號舖

隨意揀一間食有時都會有驚喜,例如今日揀咗呢一間茶餐廳,入面竟然有新豬肉(即素食肉),於是就試吓啦,雪菜新肉絲米配熱檸茶,試咗一條新肉絲,感覺似乎呢類素肉唔係太適合放湯,如果係煎炒可能會好啲,不過咬落去都真係幾似真肉嘅。另一個餐叫咗乾炒叉燒意粉配熱阿華田,味道麻麻哋,太鹹太多豉油,完全冇乾炒應有嘅香味。

一見到冰室就諗起菠蘿油、紅豆冰、絲襪奶茶啊之類呢個配搭都係第一次見。菠蘿包+炒蛋多士真係第一次試😂感覺幾特別嘅🤭但會唔會太罪惡啊😆味道唔錯,脆脆嘅菠蘿皮加嫩滑嘅炒蛋,都幾特別嘅配搭😆再配埋杯香滑嘅奶茶🥰正👍🏻

第一次食炸髀會係咁既樣41$ 成塊雞皮無晒 ,唔知去左邊。知道生炸雞髀係要改肉,但都唔會改到咁,中間一大孔,好似俾人偷左D肉。肉又無晒,又無味道,非常失望。絕不再幫襯!

老人家對價錢問題詢問,態度極差,又唔解釋就大大聲咁話電腦出單係咁既…......另外,以前都冇咁差,近排已經係第三次外賣自取俾錯野….每次都係要薯餅俾多士,之後打去問就話電話聽唔清楚,唔該聽唔清楚就問啦,又唔覆單,每次都叫我拎去換返,一來一回,我不如堂食,又唔檢討自己啲職員經常俾錯order…………有次等外賣見到有位男職員對個客人態度好差,佢自己冇對客人手人既外賣飛就俾一份唔係客人既外賣佢,仲要聲大大
