上星期掃墓完,跟親友逛大埔超級城。中午吃了豐富的燒肉,逛完街之後最後揀了昌運中心的酒樓吃晚飯。當天仍有10蚊飛天雞,我們點了兩只,阿女想吃片皮鴨和龍蝦伊面配蒸魚套餐,相當豐富。最驚喜是接近母親節酒樓有優惠,每位食客都有半隻乳鴿送,食物出來味道不錯。片皮鴨切片夠份量多,可惜那些嚒嚒皮就略嫌蒸過太黏皮,好困難才能撕開。龍蝦伊麵份量夠味道正常。黎嗰集團上年來吃過味道都幾好食,當晚生意都不錯幾乎坐滿,整體感覺食物味道滿意,人手緊缺之下都算有招呼,希望跟番濕紙巾提供會較好,有機會再入大埔都來吃。

經濟差真係乜都抵食,呢間大酒樓都唔例外。先來個$10企雞,唔好睇少佢只係$10,熱辣辣出場,比埋即棄膠手套同鉸剪你自己撕開佢。真係超級優惠,所以基本上差不多枱枱都叫。客家炆腩仔就麻麻地,D鹹酸菜一味得個鹹字完全唔酸,而且吸唔到D豬腩肉嘅精華,似係出餐時先至喺炆定嘅豬腩肉上面加D鹹酸菜而唔係一齊炆。沙巴龍躉仔$168都算大條,而且幾新鮮又多肉。最後仲有紅豆沙送,碗紅豆沙都幾好味。茶芥$16一位,另外叫咗兩碗白飯,$15一碗,合共$400,加埋一就$440,每位$110,喺大酒樓食晚飯呢個價錢真係好抵,而且呢個上至部長下至傳菜員都好有禮貌兼服務好,真係好耐無試過。

聚會一起飲茶,諗住開開心心放假見面,點知一肚氣, 食物一般, (吃金錢肚,肚質地好唔爽)賣相一般。想特別講服務, 本來我唔知酒樓有分優惠價同正價點心分別 ,我tick 咗正常點心紙,一籠特點點心燒賣,點心車姐姐一放低,一籠得兩粒,於是即刻問點心姐姐,我地叫特點,點解得兩粒,果點心姐姐話「你地叫兩粒咪兩粒」就走咗, 個話氣講到係你地責任,我心諗咩叫兩粒就兩粒 我哋叫特點點心,於是再問經理,經理話有分優惠點心同正價點心,果經理都覺得我哋叫優惠點心,解釋完就想走。我就話我冇叫過優惠點心,係特點點心紙度寫,於是經理check單, 發現係特點點心,就話出錯單,幫我哋換返, 換完先知一籠四粒, 即係比原價錢食一半野,另外,再加漏單,食飽曬都未來,唯有收錢果時cancel 知道點解咁少人幫襯

直到爆發點,第三度菜,南乳吊燒雞! 仲要兩同色,分明就係六神合體! 積木雞! 跟住個侍應放低咗碟豉油畀我, 我都覺得怪怪哋㗎啦,跟住我就搵番嗰個侍應埋嚟問佢, 呢個係咪南乳吊燒雞?點解畀碟豉油我? 跟住個侍應話可能佢畀錯碟豉油我,佢話攞返碟南乳汁畀我喎!跟住我問呢個明明係炸子雞,唔係南乳吊燒雞嚟㗎喎!跟住佢就好 噩然咁望住我,就攞個餐牌左搵右搵, 唔知喺度做乜。跟住我話,我頭先同你一齊指住個南乳吊燒雞個number 嚟落單,點解會變咗脆皮炸子雞嘅? 咁我再問佢,即係南乳吊燒雞,同炸子雞基本上係同一樣嘢??只不過係碟醬油有分別啫,係咪咁樣呀? 跟住我已經發火話,咁如果我叫隻豉油雞,你畀咗隻白切雞我,咁係咪就咁畀碟豉油我點返,就叫做豉油雞呀?! 個侍應唔識答我,佢話轉頭搵經理同我解釋!
之後有個聲稱女主任嘅埋嚟同我講,可能師傅 醃製南乳吊燒雞時比較輕手啲,驚啲味重手喎 所以冇南乳味跟住我話見開啲雞畀佢睇根本,就冇南乳味啫! 我翻開啲雞畀佢睇 ,又乾,又柴皮,一啲南乳味都冇㗎喎! 分明就係一隻炸子雞 ,同埋我話我喺出面食過南乳吊燒雞根本就唔係咁,我唔知你呢一度係咩鄉下,咩做法! 我話而且啲雞都唔同色,分明就係積木雞! 唔係同一隻嚟㗎! 跟住佢又話係咪落單嘅時候點錯,跟住我就俾個餐單佢睇,你成張餐單都冇脆皮雞呢個餸,只係得南乳吊燒雞,咁又點會我落到有脆皮雞呢個單呀? 跟住佢都冇聲出,就即刻話拎走,取消呢個餸啦! 成件事其實好簡單,我知道你哋酒樓新年係唔稀罕我哋呢啲三,兩個人上去食一兩個小菜嘅小數目!但係你都尊重返你哋酒樓嘅水準啦,啲餸仲衰過兩餸飯,但係收雙倍價錢,有時仲要三倍!又要加乜加乜!咁你都要對得住啲食客先啦,如果係出錯,冇嘅唔緊要,你出聲同我哋講,我哋會改叫過第二樣,唔好喺度左搵藉口,右搵藉口!喺度仲好似好唔滿意咁樣!我諗我以後亦都唔會再嚟呢間酒樓食嘢,包括其他分店! 最後埋單差唔多成七百蚊,只不過係食咗一個咕嚕肉,牛柳粒, 一碟燒腩仔(後改要呢樣,三個白飯,加兩個茶位!🤫💀☠️💩

去完大埔探朋友, 已經差不多晚六點多鐘了,正在準備坐火車返沙田買餸預備晚餐的時候,路經大埔京都大酒樓,聽朋友講係非常好味,就同朋友入去食晚餐~~~叫咗三款餸菜足夠三人食,份量十足,對於我一向咁有要求既人我覺得係滿分之選!!!傳說中既豉油王炒麵油,有些,炒得太肥膩;有些,炒的麵條不夠乾身;有些,炒出的麵太鹹或用不夠豉味香甜的醬油。但這間京都大酒樓有鑊氣,精心推介,不油不膩,味道洽配,吃多多也不夠,好食。另外叫咗金花龍躉兩味, 有翡翠龍躉炒球同蒜蓉蒸頭腩........平常很少吃魚,因受不了腥味。但龍躉是深海魚,便不會有腥味了。龍躉不槐是海中之王者,肉質爽滑彈牙,就算怎樣炒也不會過老,依然保留魚的鮮味,還有翠玉瓜半碟。茶錢平還有寬敞既座位,真心推介!!

平常很少吃魚,因受不了腥味。但龍躉是深海魚,便不會有腥味了。龍躉不槐是海中之王者,肉質爽滑彈牙,就算怎樣炒也不會過老,依然保留魚的鮮味,還有翠玉瓜半碟。
茶錢平還有寬敞既座位,真心推介!!

燒鵝皮色澤夠光澤,可能剛剛出爐,熱呼呼的,第一口吃下去是意想不到的皮脆肉嫩,完全不覺得乾和硬,火候做得剛剛好,還有少少焦香感覺。是我近年吃過最好吃的燒鵝,對比西環波記、深井裕記燒鵝,它都有過之而無不及。
