阿媽生日當然要慶祝下,雖然阿媽成日話出街食飯唔抵,不過上網一睇,原來大埔京都大酒樓做緊晚市優惠,於是就興致勃勃帶埋阿媽黎試下。海皇冬瓜盅 (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️)晚飯超值三選一,有「脆皮飛天雞」、「京式片皮鴨」同冬瓜盅揀,我地食得清淡,於是就揀個湯。冬瓜盅超大個原個上,係3-5人份量,我地兩個人每人飲3-4碗都得!湯水好清甜,好鍾意冬瓜肉厚軟熟,連皮食都得,湯料又多,有蝦球、冬菇,仲有唔同嘅菜類,樣樣都好新鮮! 清蒸金花斑 (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️)好欣賞石斑大大條,好厚肉,非常新鮮,魚皮光澤入口順滑,肉質唔會老,仲好滑好有光澤帶點油脂,尤其魚肚部分,完全冇腥味,冇細骨,啱晒唔識識魚骨嘅人! 金銀蒸粉絲蒸元貝 (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️)4隻元貝都非常新鮮,每一隻都係連殼上,證明冇偷工減料,帶子好厚肉,豉油能夠帶出海鮮嘅鮮甜味,上菜時熱辣辣要即刻食!粉絲方面,份量非常大方,每一條都軟熟吸滿精華同豉油,配埋大量蒜蓉真係回味無窮! 砂鍋雲吞雞 (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️)雲吞雞平時出街食都至少$150,依度竟然$100都唔洗,當然要試試佢。首先,湯水濃郁,真正鮮味鮮雞煮成,雞嘅份量足足有半隻咁多,雞皮唔厚可以連皮一齊食,雞肉經湯水燉過後會

清蒸金花斑 (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️)
好欣賞石斑大大條,好厚肉,非常新鮮,魚皮光澤入口順滑,肉質唔會老,仲好滑好有光澤帶點油脂,尤其魚肚部分,完全冇腥味,冇細骨,啱晒唔識識魚骨嘅人!

砂鍋雲吞雞 (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️)
雲吞雞平時出街食都至少$150,依度竟然$100都唔洗,當然要試試佢。首先,湯水濃郁,真正鮮味鮮雞煮成,雞嘅份量足足有半隻咁多,雞皮唔厚可以連皮一齊食,雞肉經湯水燉過後會消減原有的雞味,但配合雲吞的鹹香味又好夾,啱晒我地鍾意食清一點嘅人。雲吞大大顆,皮滑做到散尾嘅效果,麵質爽彈無鹼水味,餡料亦食到彈牙蝦仁,真係非常出色!
