酒樓食評]於2024年10月19晚吃了大閘蟹放題。其實中學後,我已經無去過仼何大閘蟹放題,因為覺得質素一般,且餐廳店舖要求吃得非常乾淨,那和爭分奪秒的形式又不一樣。今次來到大埔吃蟹,是因為男朋友的同事說這裏高質素,且每隻蟹都有4至5兩。我們到店時6時半,當時餐廳內食客不算多,所以點單後很快就有蟹了。大閘蟹的做法有3種:清蒸、花雕蒸、鹽油焗。我最欣賞是花雕,有酒的清香,又有蟹的鮮甜。蟹可以選公或母,第一盤的蟹真是速度快,且雖每隻都只差不多3兩,但都算有蟹油,新鮮。不過後來,隨食客多了,我的第二輪等了半小時,什至點的花雕味全變了清蒸。第二盤公蟹都是近3兩,且不比第一盤新鮮,有一兩隻是特別明顯。不過侍應服務態度良好,在訂座時到整個過程,都是有講有笑,會自動換盤,也不會要求每個部分吃得十分乾淨。見我們一直未有蟹吃,也有加時給我們,並表示最重要我們吃得高興。除了大閘蟹仼點外,更有片皮鴨、甜點、糯米飯、蛇羹、湯水仼點。當日的湯是整個晚餐最高質,我共點了3碗湯。最後我吃了11隻蟹,說味道一流就過不去,但人均498(未計加一及茶錢),性價比都算高。

大閘蟹的做法有3種:清蒸、花雕蒸、鹽油焗。我最欣賞是花雕,有酒的清香,又有蟹的鮮甜。

蟹可以選公或母,第一盤的蟹真是速度快,且雖每隻都只差不多3兩,但都算有蟹油,新鮮。

不過後來,隨食客多了,我的第二輪等了半小時,什至點的花雕味全變了清蒸。

第二盤公蟹都是近3兩,且不比第一盤新鮮,有一兩隻是特別明顯。

不過侍應服務態度良好,在訂座時到整個過程,都是有講有笑,會自動換盤,也不會要求每個部分吃得十分乾淨。見我們一直未有蟹吃,也有加時給我們,並表示最重要我們吃得高興。

除了大閘蟹仼點外,更有片皮鴨、甜點、糯米飯、蛇羹、湯水仼點。當日的湯是整個晚餐最高質,我共點了3碗湯。

郊遊完出返去大埔市中心同屋企人食晚飯。六點半去到嘅時候成個場得五六張枱。坐落一陣先多番三張大枱客。平日晚市景況都幾淒涼。做緊推廣,每人有半隻乳鴿,但係如果用呢個推廣就唔可以嗌片皮鴨。喺左右為難嘅情況下,最終都係揀咗片皮鴨,另外加咗份二食。片皮鴨做得幾好,唔會太乾又唔會剩係得皮都有肉連住。同埋個份量都對得住食客,啲薄餅皮亦都有分層呢度值得一讚。另外點咗個客家豆腐,個汁就煲咗少少,賣相就唔係咁好,但係豆腐都幾滑。另外嗌咗一下酸菜石班魚,酸辣做得幾恰當。不過就唔係好鍾意佢將啲魚頭魚尾,炸完之後墊底。係望落去大啲,但係食酸菜魚就淨係想食魚片。二個砂鍋雲吞雞,雲吞啲蝦肉幾爽口,隻雞都好嫩滑。個茄子炒鴨件美中不足嘅係佢個芡汁同豆腐d汁係一模一樣。其實啲嘢食中規中矩,亦有進步空間。

雲吞雞平時出街食都至少$150,依度竟然$100都唔洗,當然要試試佢。首先,湯水濃郁,真正鮮味鮮雞煮成,雞嘅份量足足有半隻咁多,雞皮唔厚可以連皮一齊食,雞肉經湯水燉過後會消減原有的雞味,但配合雲吞的鹹香味又好夾,啱晒我地鍾意食清一點嘅人。雲吞大大顆,皮滑做到散尾嘅效果,麵質爽彈無鹼水味,餡料亦食到彈牙蝦仁,真係非常出色!

同朋友好耐冇見,咁啱朋友住大埔,所以放工就搵朋友一齊食飯,朋友推介佢屋企附近嘅酒樓,佢話食物質素唔錯,一於去試吓👍🏻酒樓地方寬敞,而且光猛整潔,睇菜單原來而家都好多優惠做緊,好抵食,今晚想清淡一點,所以點咗孖寶:清蒸珍珠龍躉+欖角一字骨,仲加咗個海皇冬瓜盅,夠哂清潤☺️茗茶方面,我哋點咗香片,有淡淡的茉莉花香味道唔錯👍🏻欖角一字骨:豬排骨炸得剛剛好,外脆內嫩,外層的醬汁甜甜地加埋有欖角嘅香味,裏面既豬排骨香口之餘充滿肉汁,好正😊清蒸珍珠龍躉:原本以為只係細細條魚,估唔到咁大條,魚肉鮮甜多汁,而且調味做得好好,上面鋪滿蔥花用嚟撈飯一流👍🏻海皇冬瓜盅:份量超大,應該用咗原隻冬瓜,而且勁足料,材料有翠玉瓜、蓮子、蟹柳、鮮蝦同埋帶子,湯底清甜之餘仲充滿鮮味,啱晒而家天氣咁熱清潤一下😊朋友果然冇介紹錯,呢間酒樓好食抵食,而且坐得舒服👍🏻

欖角一字骨:豬排骨炸得剛剛好,外脆內嫩,外層的醬汁甜甜地加埋有欖角嘅香味,裏面既豬排骨香口之餘充滿肉汁,好正😊
清蒸珍珠龍躉:原本以為只係細細條魚,估唔到咁大條,魚肉鮮甜多汁,而且調味做得好好,上面鋪滿蔥花用嚟撈飯一流👍🏻
海皇冬瓜盅:份量超大,應該用咗原隻冬瓜,而且勁足料,材料有翠玉瓜、蓮子、蟹柳、鮮蝦同埋帶子,湯底清甜之餘仲充滿鮮味,啱晒而家天氣咁熱清潤一下😊

打食評嗰陣先喺相睇到原來係京都酒以前細嗰陣會同屋企人去長沙灣嗰間京都,而家全港得返兩間,不過點心都仲係唔錯,由其個蛋散,太好味再點多個。水晶蝦餃皇,兩件一籠可以每人一件,好飽滿。鮮蝦燒賣皇午茶自由配搭孖寶:鮮竹牛肉球鳳爪排骨飯特式炸両腸奶黃流沙包,唔係一搣開就流晒出嚟嗰種效果,不過個餡都係有輕微流動,味道唔錯。頭抽乾炒牛河,配料好多,不過唔會太鹹,唔會食完成碟油,幾好。回味脆麻花,真係好新鮮好好味,食嗰陣仲係暖同酥化㗎,太好味點多碟。

星期日午餐時間一家五口飲茶吃點心,這家酒樓點心味道一般,而且地方比較污糟,唯一好處是雖然人手不足但是應的服務亦很好,另外12時到達亦不需等位。蝦餃皮薄餡靚,用料亦算新鮮。想不到這酒樓的煎腸粉份量這麼多,可惜煎得不夠香脆。鳳爪似乎不夠林,似乎質素有點差。蘿蔔糕的份量亦比想像中多,可惜粉多過蘿蔔,而且亦煎得不夠香。雞包仔內的雞肉餡很少,不過這點心已是幾款之中味道最好的。香蔥煎薄撐味道最差,粉厚又多油,薄撐的配料亦太少。
