這是一間三合一的樓上咖啡屋,平日做生意,週日上午是教會崇拜聚會場所,下午二點半才營業偶然上網發現這個特別地方,好奇心驅使,揀咗今天下午茶時間,到來一試用餐體驗地方一分為二隔塊玻璃這邊是髮廊,另一邊提供西式餐飲餐牌中午餐及下午茶選擇不多,原本想吃意粉,再加個窩夫配雪糕,但又不想叫兩個下午茶餐最後,選了午餐忌廉南瓜汁海鮮意粉+$29配甜品落單要先結賬賣相不錯蝦很大隻,但一食就知是急凍貨,無乜味,而青口就煑得過熟,意粉太腍,南瓜汁不creamy,整個意粉吃起來很乾,口感不是太好餐飲原本想叫green tea latte,但要加$5,就叫了普通咖啡咖啡沒有拉花,聞到都幾香,呷一口味道正常👌甜品賣相不錯,布朗尼是熱的,里面有果仁碎,好吃但雪糕就比較差,太甜和太軟看見快要融化,拿拿臨放在杯咖啡中總結在這裏用餐體驗,這裏食材一般,烹調手法亦一般,價格不算便宜,CP值不高,但環境及服務真的不錯,場內播放輕柔詩歌,氣氛不錯,適合三兩知己邊食邊傾談,倒是不錯。 continue reading

🐓蜜汁雞扒蒜香意粉🐱 同事帶路去食lunch,姊都係第一次試,上到去都已經好多人等緊位,似乎都係幾有口碑。間cafe同髮型屋痴埋一齊,同事話cafe 同髮型屋係一體,有時仲會開埋髮型屋果邊做cafe。跟同事介紹嗌碟蜜汁雞扒蒜香意粉,賣相好靚,塊雞扒整得真係好好,蜜汁味好夠,皮煎得夠香脆(唔係咁易,好多餐廳都做唔到),雞肉嫩滑,真係唔多地方可以整到咁,超讚!意粉好重蒜香味,食得出唔係買既蒜蓉醬味道,係用蒜頭炸出黎既蒜香,係誠意之作。📍上咖啡 (筲箕灣)筲箕灣筲箕灣道361號利嘉中心1樓 continue reading

{肉醬千層麵 - $82}我諗我應該中左「肉醬千層麵」之降,因為唔知點解,由細到大,只要去任何餐廳,餐牌上面有呢5隻字,我就一定唔洗諗,咩都睇唔到直接叫左呢個菜式!其實肉醬千層麵真係無咩特別嘢,就係肉醬意粉加一塊塊意粉😂但咁樣呈現,真係要廚師落足心樣,一層肉醬一層麵咁疊起再加芝士再焗,真係食得到廚師的心機!同埋咁疊住焗,其實也會令每一種味道爆發唔同嘅化學作用,將所有食材嘅特性發揮到頂峰!最後講下呢間cafe 其實好特別,佢同時係cafe, 亦係salon, 星期日就會變身做教會,嘢食又正,係我地喺附近返工成日都黎嘅隱隱隱世餐廳!美味程度:😋😋😋😋😋環境指數:🎇🎇🎇🎇番食機會:🦍🦍🦍🦍📍 #上咖啡 (筲箕灣)筲箕灣筲箕灣道361號利嘉中心1樓 continue reading

筲箕灣行街行累咗,隨意走入一間樓上咖啡店,個店裝修得文青feel爆棚,唔使拉門簾就閃入去飲杯嘢,順手夾件輕食。啲位設得幾舒服,唔太貼身,坐得落嚟就即刻點咗份招牌厚切多士同拿鐵。多士厚實得嚟,外皮烤到金黃又脆,撲鼻香氣令人食指大動。蘸咗流心蛋,啖啖滿足,蛋液嘅香滑湊上麵包嘅脆口,聽日早餐都想嚟個這樣。至於拿鐵,奶泡打得綿滑得嚟,啜一啜嗰種舒心,咖啡本身苦中帶甜,掛杯水平有得拼!正當朋友試煎牛扒🐄時,我彷彿聽到嗰啲肉汁嘅歌聲,佢煎得剛剛好,肉香四溢,刀割下去,汁液四溢,刁到嘴邊,少少肉渣仍然唔失咀感,真心推介!而我自己點咗個榴槤班戟🥞,滋味豐富,班戟輕薄,夾著那榴槤肉,每一啖都飽滿得來又唔會膩口,個人覺得榴槤控應該會鍾意。傾計傾到太陽落山,發現時間過得真快。咖啡店雖小,但食物同嘢飲嘅表現,令人覺得發掘到寶藏一樣👑!下次如果再去筲箕灣,應該會再去捧捧場!🍴🍹🍰 continue reading
