一聽個名就知道唔少得碳水化合物,意大利菜不嬲都主打Pizza, Pasta, Risotto,但估唔到呢度嘅前菜同肉食都好出色!

西班牙火腿脆餅 茄子紅椒醬 $88
英文名係Ham&Pillow,估唔到脆餅真係好似一個枕頭咁,入邊包裹住茄子紅椒醬,而上面就鋪滿咗西班牙火腿。敲碎個脆餅之後就可以享用呢個充滿意大利特色嘅開胃前菜。
