咁啱同事都出哂差,一於傻傻地出去試吓。中午左右去到,基本上唔使等位。但係咁早就冇坑腩,得崩砂同爽腩,我叫完爽腩飯冇耐就連崩砂都冇埋,有冇咁好賣呀,啲枱都未坐滿吖?係咪唔想做午市呢吓?爽腩飯嚟到,飯同腩分開上。碗腩好似幾人大碗,但其實大部份係墊底蘿蔔。湯聞落幾香,飲啖,唔太咸,唔錯。蘿蔔幾稔同清甜,雖然有啲渣,不過可以接受。爽腩的確幾好,稔,香,鮮。單以牛腩計係 OK 抵食。最失敗竟然係碟白飯 - 硬到以為係冷飯!𡁻咗幾啖,都頂唔順,倒佢落碗爽腩變湯飯至食得哂!扣四十分起碼!

份量好細份,食唔飽,食嗰咖哩牛筋沾麵,咖喱汁點完仲有麵剩。咖哩唔辣,冇咖哩味。嗰炸雞翼乾身好dry。服務態度超級唔好,雞同鴨講,明明同佢講廣東話,係都要答大陸話,真係奇怪兼離譜。以後永遠唔幫襯。

只有真正新鮮的牛肉,才會夠膽這樣烹調制作。一入座,店員已告之招牌牛腩已買完,只剩下崩沙腩數碗,為了不錯過,立即點了一碗清湯崩沙腩配米線試試。先試一口湯,對於一直"重口味“的我來說,是味蕾衝擊,湯近呼水一般淡,和平時吃的牛腩麵的湯完全不一樣。 再試牛肉,才發現淡淡的湯頭原來是為了襯托牛腩的鮮味,一般店舖的牛腩都會用比較濃味的醬料和香料去掩蓋牛的雪味和羶味,這間卻用淡淡的清湯去證實他家牛既鮮味。喜歡食牛的可以一試

This shop is located in TST. It looks like local restaurant but it's little bit different. The taste is good but potion is very very small. They use very small wooden bowl I don't think that is local style. I have tried noodles and rice both. The noodles is better for me.
