To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友啱啱外地返嚟,約食晚飯比手信我,我係openrice選左兩間葵芳餐廳佢㨂,佢話想食泰國菜,所以今晚就揀左呢間茶泰。大大的餐牌滿載多款食物,最吸引的是烤魚,我哋揀咗一半冬陰功湯底烤魚,睇見佢相片好大,諗緊兩個人應該夠食,可以點多個菜,應該可以好滿足。店員話我問下單,原來我哋點咗三個都係晚餐有三杯野飲,她介紹我們可以加八蚊有冬日特色飲品,所以我哋叫左兩杯熱飲,一杯凍飲。芒芒椰椰,由芒果汁椰奶打成,同埋粒粒爆珠,飲完都半飽,食完烤魚咁熱,飲呢個啱啱好。黑枸杞桑椹茶,調和氣血、滋陰補腎、養肝明目,對於平時用電腦用得多嘅我哋,好適合。荔枝桂園紅棗茶,在冬天提升元氣、促進新陳代謝、養顏美容, 女仕佳品。係眾多款菜入面,我地揀左飛天通菜。店員首先為我們送上菜,他的份量十足,用一座小山形容不為過,最近睇很多健康養生貼士,他建議外出食飯要食蔬菜先,之後食肉類,再食澱粉質,所以好高興這間餐廳可以先上飛天通菜。通菜上來時依然翠綠,非常爽口,配上蒜蓉碎,指天椒,醬汁,炒到剛剛熟,通菜才不會變黑。泰式冬陰功烤魚,目測條魚起碼一斤以上,我喜歡它放上芫茜,打芫茜浸落冬陰功湯,煮一會,帶出芫茜獨特香味。同時,平時冬陰功湯有嘅蕃茄仔,雜菌等材料,這個湯依然會有,加上魚本身嘅鮮味,香味匯聚,朋友不斷叫我飲湯先飲湯先,話個湯好好味。魚肉非常鮮甜,只是食嘅時候要專心,小心細少魚骨。以168蚊這個價錢,絕對係物超所值。泰國菜我通常都會食金邊粉,所以點多一個泰香金不換炒金邊粉。 他五蚊大細嘅鮮蝦非常吸睛,也有豆乾,炒蛋,芽菜,金不換等配料和金邊粉一起炒乾身,味道帶點甜,上面灑上少少芝麻,增加香味。食完魚,再食金邊粉,飲埋杯芒芒椰椰,非常飽。七點半來到只可坐高枱,但高枱的位置細,點完條魚就無辦法放到好多其他菜,店員非常配合上菜擺位,盡量讓我們食得舒適。食下食下又到九點半,快樂嘅時光過得特別快。滿分為10分(一分最低,10分最高)食物:9環境:9衛生:9服務:9價錢:9舒適度:9總分:9 continue reading

葵芳新都會廣場5/F有間泰國菜份量夠大味道都唔錯雖然見到好多食評都是服務較差當日覺得普普通通但不至於太差泰式醬烤骨一場來到最想試試這裡的排骨雖然跟正宗火山排骨味道不太一樣醬汁酸酸地大大塊骨也不錯黃咖喱豬頸肉農夫包個人覺得黃咖喱最好味所以另外再加一份手抓餅沾咖喱清邁菠蘿炒飯比較普通但這間店的特色是可以自選少油少鹽心理上覺得健康一點泰式明爐烏頭味道好但肉偏小骨較多酸酸地很開胃跟排骨又完全不同味道沙嗲雞肉串都ok蒜蓉炒通菜又有得選擇少油少鹽芒果糯米飯味道正常不太特別芒果甜中帶一點酸可惜很多食物早已售罄例如很想試的椰子雪糕、泰茶奶蓋等全都賣完店外還有象象裝飾後來再加了幾杯飲品和芒果糯米飯連加一每人不用$200今時今日算很抵食了 continue reading
