原本諗住去太興食小炒,點知我阿爸即興話要食陳勤記滷水鵝,當時6:30pm,可能時間尚早,未見有其它客人,我哋嗌咗一碟上裝滷水鵝,一個滷水拼盤及其他,😩從未食過咁霉嘅滷水鵝肉,拼盤就好似餸頭餸尾俾拼埋一齊,作為一家有米芝蓮標籤的食店,真的莫名其妙,我只有怪自己冇睇清楚食評,冇及時阻止我阿爸😔絕對認同寫負評的朋友🙏🏼 continue reading

平日放工食晚飯,看見小菜價錢$128包一個主菜一個湯一個白飯或白粥。首先小菜份量,少得驚人。先唔講好唔好食,睇相都知道所謂小菜一碟,而個碟係同我手掌差不多大,我想而知個份量係有幾多。然後身為中餐廳,佢難得有白粥俾我揀,所以決定試吓點知嚟到原來係白飯溝水…(出面隻碗嘅,通常係我由呢個白粥入面倒出嚟的) 我哋實在唔明點解呢一間餐廳拎到米芝蓮可能佢只係拎咗陳勤記嘅名去做加盟店背後老闆完全唔理餐廳食物質素。可能叫潮州菜會好食啲,但係如果晚市套餐做得唔好,不如唔好出。$128(+10%) 其實唔平。 continue reading

同媽咪食飯,選擇了媽咪喜歡的潮州菜。見到康城商場有陳勤記呢間米之蓮餐廳,決定帶媽咪去試一試。沙嗲牛肉炒河粉 $86份子十足的河粉不會很油膩,沙嗲醬汁香濃帶有花生香味,牛肉同每條河粉均勻地沾上醬汁,味道濃郁美味,十分推薦。碧綠川椒雞 $80本身以為這是一道川式重辣的菜式,但進食時發現是不辣的,連不喜好食辣的媽咪都食到。雞球有川椒粉的特別香氣,加上醬油同滿滿的鑊氣,味道相當有驚喜。雞球肉質嫩滑多汁,十分惹味香口,下飯一流。伴碟的川椒葉炸到十分脆身,口感有如紫菜,很特別。椒鹽鮮魷 $128椒鹽鮮魷同樣出色,炸粉同魷魚不會分離,調味惹味香口,不會有油膩感,十分滿足。餐廳炒河同小菜同樣美味,有滿滿的鑊氣,值得一試。 continue reading
