蝦皮、蘿蔔絲,收$128,好似有啲貴
用筷子一夾,蝦皮香氣撲鼻
係一放落口,不得了,蘿蔔絲炒至乾身爽脆
非一般廚師可以做到

糖醋兩面黃 $168
火候啱啱好,咬落去外脆內軟,加少少砂糖加少少醋,好好食。
唔似得外面,有啲會好多油成隻碟都係,或者得一邊脆。

返沙芋頭 $120 六件

師傅炒工非常了得,砂糖滿滿包着芋頭,絕對唔會甩頭甩骨,砂糖內加咗少少蔥調味,芋頭入口即溶

好滿足的一餐,仲有好多嘢未試😋😋😋
我一定會返嚟,等我😂
