Chart Coffee 是一位對咖啡熱忱的咖啡店主所介紹，假如你有看過我前一篇分享，定會知曉我提及的店主是哪一位！那天可以說是路過，也可以說是刻意的安排，總而言之就是一直將 「Chart」掛在心頭，期待著一遇的心情！「Chart」開設於中環街市，環境算不上那種可以久坐的舒適感，亦不是港女們打咭的類別，反而圍著咖啡師伸延、如酒吧可站可坐的無拘感設計，彷彿在提示中環人忙裡偷閒、有必要停下來欣賞一杯好咖啡的加油站！「Chart」咖啡的選擇大抵可滿足到不同顧客的需要！坦白講自己是咖啡的初嘗者，對咖啡沒有深研，只是從奶啡開始逐步嘗試，到現在慢慢學會欣賞咖啡的原味而已！從兩杯手沖咖啡，看到「Chart」所挑選的咖啡豆和處理咖啡等技巧，的確是有料到！Colombia Finca Milan HK$100 帶有橙、西瓜、哈蜜瓜和雲喱拿的香氣，果香難得的非常之突出，是甚有驚喜與值得的嘗試。Ethiopia Guji Hambela Bedessa HK$70而層次分明、帶有接骨木花、提子、石榴和可可的香氣，雖然不及 Colombia Finca Milan 獨突性，但亦是有水準之作！食物以輕食為主，如我們所選的 Double Chocolate Muffin HK$30。在心累的日子，也許「Chart」的啡香可平靜紓壓，那管是十五、二十分鐘的抽離！ continue reading

街市里的咖啡小店 价格日常 味道OK

中环街市的店更新迭代速度很快，这家应该是最早开的一批店了，说明味道是经得起考验的，午餐时间生意也很好·去年来中环街市无数次，却是第一次尝试这家店，选择很多，效率很高，价格还比较亲民·别看过道中间的一个小店，手冲、虹吸都很齐全，但环境吵吵闹闹，即使有座位，但不适合慢悠悠地喝一杯·【Creamy Black Fruity】埃塞的果酸在冰美式里得到清晰的放大，蒸汽棒搅打出的泡沫很绵密。不会像常规冰美式那么冰，适合大口囤解渴·走过路过可以顺便带一杯，水准谈不上多少惊喜，但随便喝喝没问题的 continue reading
