To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 飲品冇特別,但員工好似唔想撈咁,尤其企收銀嗰個,最基本望住人講嘢都唔識,黑口黑面,雖然唔使你當我貴賓,但最起碼做人都有基本嘅態度。阿媽應該有教。去幫襯好似我令到佢工作量增加咁。執左去咪唔使做囉,但係到時唔好話香港人唔幫襯, 係你自己趕客。

大年初一開開心心,諗住去買杯烏龍奶茶,我哋嗌咗一杯「嘆烏龍奶茶」,結果等咗15分鐘,出到嚟係一杯白雪雪嘅奶茶。飲落去完全冇茶味,淨係好甜同埋得啲奶味。真係非常失望,冇諗過奶茶都可以整到咁辣飲。當日仲要好多人排隊…….其實平時都成日喺唔同餐廳度飲奶茶,都冇諗過少甜少冰,都會剩係得奶味,見到佢哋舖頭都有其他咖啡同埋奶茶飲品,好彩淨係買咗一杯,都冇咁心痛,但話晒大年初一佢呢杯嘢飲都要加$3。$27飲呢杯嘢,飲咗一啖就掉咗,唔會再幫襯。

落單講明係要熱嘅芋頭芝士奶走甜,店員聽完即刻擰轉頭問另一個職員,聽到對方答佢嗰道咪有杯。落完單見到張單寫鮮奶芋頭$32,覺得唔對路即刻出聲話要芝士奶,店員叫我補多$12,即32+12=44。我問杯野唔係$40咩? 跟住先話補$8。最尾拎到手杯野完全唔熱,係室溫。17:52落嘅單,但杯野16:52已經做起左。完全冇提過,唔知咩原因啦,芝士奶竟然已經放左1粒鐘,貼張新貼紙上去,就賣俾第2個客,食安做得好差,行為非常唔老實。0166貼紙撕開,發現係上手客落嘅單0139上面新貼紙17:52落單下面本身張貼紙16:52做起體驗相當差,劣評!!!#茶匠

你哋同X play去合作,但係你哋職員竟然一無所知一啲都幫唔到個客,淨係識一味話自己係part-time頂更打工,既然合作得嘅,唔係應該有詳細嘅員工培訓同指引嘅咩?如果係乜都唔知嘅咁你點解要同第三方合作,竟然係用唔到嘅咁倒不如唔好搞,成班職員就喺度玩手機。十問唔知十問九唔應。成個體感真係好差。
