多年前興起私房菜,當時滿街都是。但這麼多年來又有多少間能夠經得起食客味蕾的考驗?多少間早已消失在空氣中?能夠屹立在江湖裡,而且晚晚座無虛席,肯定有一定實力。每道菜都是精心烹調,用料新鮮不在話下,味道更是一流。食完頭盤“八小碟”已經半飽,可見份量十足,最合我這類大胃王!最令食客回味的當然是蒸花蟹,有那個蟹汁肯定可以食幾碗飯。但無論多麼的誘惑,大家都要記得忍手,因為蟹汁要留下來煮烏冬,一絕!非常有驚喜的新派私房菜。

最後最後,就係甜品:布甸!分別有蜜瓜味,朱古力味,芒果味,芝麻味,士多啤梨味 。

我食嗰個係芝麻味,好好味呀!

相信睇完我呢篇食評嘅人,會覺得我好hard sell , 但係我真係唔識呢間餐廳嘅老闆同大廚,真係朋友介紹。

菜式嘅配搭非常之新穎,味道又好,份量又夠。食到抱住個肚走,每人都係390蚊咋。

當晚朋友們都有自備紅酒白酒,但都冇需加收開瓶費👍🏻 一句講哂,下次再幫襯。

Such a good place for large group of people’s gathering, haaaa, noisy isn’t a problem Cold abalone with hot spring egg is quite nice with the apple sauce, it’s fresh to dip the sauce. And the egg is perfectly cooked and melting when you cut it, haaaSix small dishes isn’t that small, we can really try some of them including  Seaweed shrimp Toast is soso crispy and yummy, haaaCrispy veggie Goose is just soso cause I’m not a big fan of veggie product. three big crab, I got the one with quite many crab butter, I love it! The waitress told us not to dipping the sauces cause the sauces will be used with Udon, lol, then why don’t gather before the dishes come, lol.

提早個多月預訂的私房菜,店中共設三張大餐枱,而我們預訂了最大可坐14人的大枱,甚為期待。 第一道前菜黑松露鵝肝醬蒜茸包,蒜茸包烘得脆口,店員建議先塗鵝肝醬,跟著加蛋,最後放黑松露醬,入口微微辛辣,口感豐富。 八小碟可不小,碟碟份量充足,幾乎不能一起放在枱上。青瓜海蜇、話梅凍茄清爽,鹽燒鳳尾魚香脆,雞蛋焗蠔砵蠔味充足,一定要趁熱食,鎮江小排骨、鮑汁雞腳也很入味,麻醬凍菜苗醬汁惹味,芝麻蝦多士蝦膠有質感又有芝麻香。 川貝無花果燉雪梨湯,這是今晚比較遜色的一道菜,湯味道比較鹹,掩蓋了滋潤感覺,可惜。招牌花彫蒸蟹酒香樸鼻,肉厚味鮮,店員表示要留蟹汁做烏冬,所以大家都只食蟹肉,未敢點太多蟹汁,有點尷尬。 梅菜芯蒸龍躉班球, 班球厚肉帶膠質,梅菜味道配得恰到好處。忌廉香檳汁煎焗帶子,附上麵包粒吸收忌廉汁精華。龍井茶葉燻雞煙燻味道到位,雞肉嫰滑,味道濃郁。 第一次試粥油浸菜苗,杞子令整個菜加入甜味,我反而喜歡原本學斗小白菜的清甜味。學斗其實是本地小白菜,正寫為鶴藪,原來是新界粉嶺一個盛產白菜仔的地方。 生炒臘味糯米飯,糯米還算炒得黏韌有嚼勁,對我來說稍鹹,喜歡

第一次試粥油浸菜苗,杞子令整個菜加入甜味,我反而喜歡原本學斗小白菜的清甜味。學斗其實是本地小白菜,正寫為鶴藪,原來是新界粉嶺一個盛產白菜仔的地方。

生炒臘味糯米飯,糯米還算炒得黏韌有嚼勁,對我來說稍鹹,喜歡濃味朋友會欣賞。蟹汁撈烏冬終於上來,剛剛省下來的蟹汁大派用場,蟹汁依然鮮甜。

Chef at home 馳名餐後甜品,正是整晚高潮所在,先來花茶清清味蕾,再上鮮果汁盤包括有羽衣甘藍蘋果、紅菜頭及鮮橙菠蘿,顏色鮮艷又清新。最後的樽仔布甸有多款口味,特濃奶凍、圓肉菊花、芒果芝士、朱古力及黑芝麻,各款味道也突出,甜度剛好,我尤其喜歡菊花的清香及黑芝麻的濃郁,大家也很滿足,完美的句號。

一直聞說這私房菜很正。一開始充滿wow effect, 全數冷盤很別緻也很好味,看出廚師的心思。但到主菜時,卻有點比下去。值得讚是蒸蟹,很甜很鮮。但奇怪地侍應叫我們不可but 蟹汁吃,只可吃蟹,因為要留下煮另一味烏冬。於是大家只爽起蟹,望着碟上的汁不可吃,怪怪的。為何厨師不留下汁液要serve左但不淮吃?可惜是最後的烏冬是淡淡的,似是蟹汁不夠加水撈勻,令人失望。主菜見大廚希望每味菜也想很特別,有心思但不太煮出水準。還有侍應好像很想下於,不停趨速大家吃快些,成日想收起所有碟。只吃了一兩個小時便趕客離開,令人意外。
