To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 唔係第一次食㗎啦，第一次食試佢嗰個烤雞印象中幾大份唔差嘅，第二次都有食過佢嘅海南雞飯，印象之中肉都幾多 仲有免費豆腐湯☹️咁今次我係用平台嗌外賣 送到嚟一打開 啲雞肉又少又薄，食落口感好似啲雞絲咁 ，涼菜有冇紅蘿蔔，得果幾條白蘿蔔我唔知係外賣員偷食呀，定係跌過落地下？同我印象之中，叫返嚟印象唔同囉一打開唔太開胃😟凍左，雞飯好油，啲汁又倒瀉咗喺啲飯度另外烤雞翼係好食嘅紅棗椰子雞湯都ok ，好細碗囉 啲椰子多到掗晒啲位 😒紅棗兩粒雞兩舊 湯係清甜冇味精既

今日叫咗半隻無骨沙薑雞，但大半盒都係雞胸，而且肉質比較‘‘鞋’’。之前已食過多次，都不是這樣，但今次不知發生什麼事。正常半隻雞的部位應該是平均的，不會那麼多胸吧，真是很失望！..............................
