之前一直BOOKMARKED咗CHICKPEA好耐🥰
因為我好鍾意食HUMMUS🤤個種幼滑嘅質感😆
而佢哋咁啱又主打HUMMUS BOWL😳啱曬我😤
不過好可惜嘅係佢哋暫時只係提供TAKE AWAY😭
呢個對我來講係好唔方便🥺所以一直都食唔到💔
然後比我知道係 @mama_malouf 都有POP UP😱
雖然佢嘅店舖係堅尼地城🙊對屯門牛來講好遠🙃

It’s hard to find a nice decent place for lunch in central but won’t break the bank, My boss recommended me this place for lunch, $98 for a chickpea bowl with slow cooked lamb, order was quickly and easy, however, I don’t know many of the sauce names, I just randomly added a tahini sauce, wish they have an explanation on each of the sauce. It’s was fulfilling and tasteful, I specially like the pickled veg in that, it’s balanced out the strong taste of lamb. The lamb was nicely done , which is very tender and less of a gamy taste. I Will recommend it if you are looking for take away lunch as they only do take out. I will try the fish one next time!

    I could not resist the halloumi bites - however noting that it looks like potato gems, lacked the salty creamy flavour, although lightly crumbed with bread and herbs it was not as good as I had hoped for.  Some others said the sauce gave it some sharpness but wasn't enough to save it.

    I did also add some protein to the salad, noting that this side of lamb felt like main - so well worth it! (Although a bit salty by itself, would be better suited with pita bread or rice)
