the flaky white fish, bright slaw, pickles and not quiteee as noticeable tarama (a fish roe dip; “the pink one” out of the greek mezes) all stuffed inside a thin pita pocket. deeply satisfying at every bite and just the right balance of heavy and light. the onlyy thing is that the fish wasn’t crispy anymore by the time it got home, but I guess it kinda tames down the unhealthy-crispy-deep-fried feeling of crispy fried fish ><
