🎐熊妹去左旅行半個月,今個月先輪到同瑪姬皇后聚聚。由於瑪姬皇后係趁著小王子的上學空檔🎒來見面小聚,就揀一間小店輕食午餐喇。📌聽講位於紅磡的《日嚐》的日本便當出名平價親民,午餐便當都係$65-$118,唔使加一,追加各款便當沙律都係$3或者$8,絕對係今時今日的稀有街坊價,真係要試下係咪咁抵?📌位於紅磡明安街寶石戲院🎬樓下,以日式木系的門面裝修可謂鶴立雞群🦆。📌雖然店舖小小,但可以間出3-4張四人枱同2-3人二人枱,仲有bar枱位,午餐時段來到仲要坐滿人,可見幾受街坊街里歡迎👏🏻。慢煮美國封門柳,$108配稻庭烏冬,加明太子,+$8封門柳份量都好多,目測係五成熟,粉嫩嘅牛肉冇血水,面頭淋上牛肉醬汁,食落去真係好嫩口,無筋無渣無肥肉,封門柳呢個位置厚實得來啖啖肉,咁嘅價錢真係好抵食。稻庭烏冬叫咗豬骨湯底,細細地一碗份量都好多,稻庭烏冬🍜口感煙靭就算放涼咗都仲係煙煙韌韌,最怕普通烏冬吸收晒啲湯汁變到一劈粉團。面頭加咗明太子,望落去份量唔係好多,但係撈入烏冬入邊已經辣辣地好夠味。慢煮牛仔骨,配洋蔥燒汁, $80配蕎麥麵(冷)牛仔骨都有7-8件,香濃嘅醬汁連洋蔥🧅一齊煮,每一嚿牛仔骨都好熟透,仲
