5/1/20三人试了$398免加一放題,(暫定1月~3月逢六日供應),晚六至晚十要訂位,感想如下:1 環境舒適 裝潢有特色及優雅,燈光柔和,風景優美面對尖沙咀海景2 氣氛良好有樂隊演奏增加氣氛3 服務人員有禮殷勤,惟有時過份熱心,食物還未完成已急不及待收碟4 食物水準良好,例如燒味义燒很好,有片皮鸭,中式甜品美味多种,有脆蔴花,芋糕.…、 惟有些食物 取完後並沒有加添,例如海鮮大魚.,錯过了便沒有得吃5 食物種類雖不是超多,但是也屬於多 ,絕可滿足尤其海鮮新鮮即叫即灼,有鮑魚,扇貝,蝦,蟶子…且每人也有分配麵包蟹6 熱盤雖有明火熱著,但温度不夠熱要扣点分7地方雖不大,但人流管理良好,食客也取物有序,不会混亂擁擠總括,是日吃得开心,舒服,满足,推薦自助攴,但推廣完後散叫攴就好像較高价了

第一次食唐人館,一行入去裝修好靚,成間玻璃屋咁樣。叫咗一個$1000二人套餐,加幾個點心,埋單用左$400海港城coupon,埋單$2100。黑糖糕個味同白糖糕好似,煙煙韌韌,好味。炸春卷,新鮮熱辣辣。配燒賣個辣椒油好好味,好香,燒賣好大粒。嗌左一杯mocktail,都係用啲新鮮水果打出嚟嘅沙冰咁樣,酸酸甜甜,個樣都幾靚。西瓜汁唔夠甜,無乜味,好淡。隻鴨本來仲有好多皮嘅,但係唔知點解切出嚟得幾片,同埋個皮一啲都唔香,鴨皮應該有嘅油好似冇乜,依個真係好一般,原本嗌個套餐係諗住食片皮鴨,冇諗過個質素會咁差,包片皮鴨果皮都麻麻地,好厚。同埋廚師嘅刀工好差,有啲切到得返啲肉。杏汁花膠豬肺湯又幾好飲,好足料,豬肺一啲腥味都冇,好香濃嘅杏汁味,花膠都好厚,係花膠筒嚟嘅。呢個餸係張乳豬加少少花膠擺埋一齊,乳豬皮好脆,我覺得都幾得意嘅,賣相精緻。依個羊肉餃都幾好味,個酥皮好香,不過配埋一齊有啲奇怪,蛋白好滑,隻蝦都好彈牙。本來仲有個楊枝甘露,我覺得就麻麻哋,嗰啲一粒粒類似西米但又唔係西米嘅嘢好奇怪。我另外叫咗炸鮮奶卷,味道偏甜,但係都OK嘅。呢間酒樓嘅服務都好好,價錢媲美酒店,希望啲小菜做得好少少,點

依個羊肉餃都幾好味,個酥皮好香,不過配埋一齊有啲奇怪,蛋白好滑,隻蝦都好彈牙。


本來仲有個楊枝甘露,我覺得就麻麻哋,嗰啲一粒粒類似西米但又唔係西米嘅嘢好奇怪。我另外叫咗炸鮮奶卷,味道偏甜,但係都OK嘅。

呢間酒樓嘅服務都好好,價錢媲美酒店,希望啲小菜做得好少少,點心還可以。

我覺得,黎依度食下個裝修都幾好,因為間酒樓好大,分好多個位置,我今次就坐喺出面嘅玻璃屋。
