同朋友去觀塘搵食,發現呢間「潮薈軒」真係正!觀塘站行4分鐘就到,方便到爆。入到去環境光猛闊落,枱與枱之間空間充足,坐得好舒服。我哋四個叫咗個「海蝦翅餐」($788),人均$237食到超滿足,仲有驚喜甜品送! 必食重點明爐燒鵝(免費送!)而家佢哋做緊優惠,只要一坐低就會送燒鵝,我哋四個人送咗例牌燒鵝。唔好以為送嘅嘢就求其,相反啲皮脆到「咔嚓」聲,肉質嫩滑又多汁。最正係個皮同肉之間嘅油脂,入口即溶,配酸梅醬簡直絕配! 燒味三拼(水準高)- 脆皮燒腩仔:皮脆過薯片,三層肉肥瘦均勻,個皮可以脆足成餐飯,真係有啲料到。- 蜜汁叉燒:用脢頭肉,邊位燶燶哋,蜜汁香甜唔會過火,連平時唔鍾意食叉燒嘅,我都覺得好好味。- 涼拌海蜇:厚切爽脆,麻油香好突出。清蒸沙巴龍躉(鮮味爆燈!)條魚蒸得啱啱好,魚肉一夾就離骨,嫩滑到不得了!魚皮仲有層啫喱狀膠質,豉油調味恰到好處,蔥絲鋪面帶出鮮味。最驚喜係魚肉完全冇腥味,新鮮度滿分! 上湯海蝦伊麵(原來伊麵才是主角!)海蝦大大隻,蝦肉爽口彈牙。伊麵煮得剛好,索晒上湯嘅精華,湯底清甜唔會太重味精。 紅燒花膠海皇翅(足料到嚇親)湯羹入面真係睇到一疏疏魚翅,仲有花膠同埋粒粒蝦仁,飲完成個嘴都黏黏哋,膠質豐富到爆! 屋企人鍾意食粵菜,搵到呢間酒樓好抵食,晚飯時間2-5位竟然送一碟例牌燒鵝。燒鵝平時都唔平,見到咁抵食,決定嚟呢間酒樓試吓。燒鵝(例牌)估唔到送嘅都好正,出品好有誠意。燒鵝唔係凍冰冰,有溫度的,而且皮脆肉嫩,咬落去啲皮度充滿油香,鵝肉有肉汁,絕對唔會又乾又柴,屋企人食得好滿意好滋味。粟米深海魚塊呢個係非一般嘅粟米斑塊,魚塊係超級厚一大件,用上靚魚,肉係一索索。粟米汁係分開上,保證食嘅時候炸魚塊表面係脆身,口感先係濕潤嘅粟米汁,然之後脆脆嘅薄薄炸粉,然之後係厚厚爽滑嘅魚肉。生煎蓮藕餅呢個又係好好食,蓮藕餅煎得好靚,色澤金黃金黃,咬落去肉餅充滿肉汁,而且有一粒粒嘅爽脆蓮藕,口感好好,加上適量嘅芫荽蔥調味,味道絕配。乾燒伊麵呢個雖然係好普通嘅菜式,但係好香好好味。伊麵質感好好有彈性的,唔係好腍斷晒嗰啲,而且每條都入晒味,掛滿蠔油香氣,加上芽菜同埋韭黃增加爽口嘅口感,香氣十足,我好鍾意。最後仲有糖水送添,我哋嗰晚有綠豆沙同埋芝麻糊。我試咗綠豆沙,有臭草同埋果皮香氣,絕對唔會馬虎,一樣係送嘅都好好味。 continue reading
