今日中秋節成team就去食返個飯,通常咁多人既時候,中菜係唔錯既選擇。大家今日都好似餓餓地,所以都叫左好多野食。有小菜,滷水,點心,蘿蔔糕,菜等等……餸菜來得好快,搞到成枱都冇位擺。我兩個餸特別喜歡,一個就係沙律蝦,個擺設都好靚,個醬汁好好味。而蘿蔔糕好大粒,濺到外脆內軟,加埋XO醬,好惹味。叫咗好多餸,最後都食唔晒,要打包拎走。

雖然和記大廈已經拆咗,但係中環想食潮州菜仍然有喺怡和大廈的潮江春。今晚叫嘅都係一般菜式。滷水拼盤選了鵝肉拼豬大腸。鵝肉鹵得入味,豬大腸拿去了的腸裏面大部份肥膏,減少了罪惡感。咖啡骨一上枱已經聞到浸咖啡香味。但食落咖啡味並無蓋過本身嘅肉味,味道剛好。 潮式蠔餅用上地瓜粉,口感煙韌,呢度唔似其他一般潮州菜館,蠔餅似乎係半煎炸,冇咁油膩。另外點了一碟翡翠苗。清淡口味配合其他餸啱啱好。傾吓講吓不知不覺又過了一個愉快的晚上。

香港人上茶樓是尤來已久的飲食文化,質素好的茶樓,周末等位是一件苦差事。要避免人多擠迫的區域飲茶,中環是首選,雖然價錢會稍貴,但勝在可以訂枱。今天和家人來到中環怡和大廈的潮江春。此店的卡位非常搶手,因為自成一角,舒適寧靜,與家人一邊喝茶,吃點心,一邊閒談,樂也融融。此店的點心、小吃、粉麵和粥飯都相當出色,雪山叉燒包焗得香脆,餡料冶味。椒鹽狗吐魚炸至金黄色,魚肉鮮嫩,入口溶化。XO醬炒腸粉鑊氣夠,嫩滑的腸粉加入冶味的XO醬,簡直絶配。鵝片撈麵、𧐢仔粥和魚蛋粉都是我們的至愛。人均消費$133,享受如此環境和美食,絕對是不錯的選擇!

我喜吃入口即酥的黃金炸油棵。類似農曆新年的炸油角 , 同是砂糖和花生碎,外皮不同,滋味不一,因此裏是即炸,皮較薄,外形亦較悅目,金黃色令我聯想到黃花風鈴木。是真正的春茗!

另一款是煎韭菜棵較多熟客點選,春色吹遍很多檯,很多檯都有-綠色的韭菜棵。
外型吸晴,煎至表面焦黃,餡料似粵式的韭菜餃。如果你喜歡較香口,會愛上它。

廣州,潮州都屬廣東省,小菜大相逕庭,點心卻十分相似。

假日的中環少了一分緊張的繁囂,卻換來多一分異國的擠擁,但一樣無損我專誠到中環,因為我要食「潮江春」點心⋯⋯其實都試過幾間唔同嘅潮江春,總覺得中環潮江春點心最保持到水準、最好味。酒樓環境舒適,即使枱與枱之間距離幾親密,一樣無所謂。點心紙係假日獨有的,選擇的確非常之多。今次只食咗幾款傳統點心:炸芋絲春卷:外面少有的傳統芋絲餡春卷,外脆內芋香,超正街邊蒸腸粉:平時已好少食嘅街邊腸粉,可以係飲茶時候食到,風味不同但滋味依然蜜汁叉燒包:每次飲茶我的必食點心,超好食潮洲蒸粉果:潮洲點心必食嘅潮洲粉果,皮薄餡足,加埋辣椒油,勁正!山竹牛肉球:無咩特別,但一樣好食。點心岀色、環境舒服、服務平均,雖然結賬前嘅功夫茶上次自動供應、今次就消失咗,但如果要求,應該會奉上一碟六杯嘅功夫茶。無論如何,中環「潮江春」都係假日飲茶嘅一個好選擇!
