這店最有名的是霸王雞,之前吃過,的確不錯,但因為前一晚剛吃過白切雞,今晚不想吃雞,所以改為點了牛腩煲和蟹肉扒西蘭花。牛腩煲:份量很多,味道還可以,不過牛腩煮得不夠軟,支竹則很好吃。蟹肉扒西蘭花:西蘭花的軟硬度剛剛好,蟹肉和蛋白不少,味道一般。這晚的食物,似乎不達米芝連的級數,看來下次還是點霸王雞吧。環境和服務都不錯,桌子之間有足夠距離,坐得舒服,侍應有禮貌,工作效率也高,上菜加熱水等等,很快就辦好。

今日午餐時間來到旺角,很久未去泉章居,所以就來到泉章居食午餐。上到見到人都比較疏落,並不是很多人。menu都有較多的選擇,所以都揀了一陣才選擇了一個乾炒牛河。乾炒牛河$51乾炒牛河有蔥、洋蔥及芽菜,牛肉切得適中,不過肉質有少少鞋,但都較入味,至於河粉,炒得都有鼓油的香味,整體味道不錯。豉椒排骨炒河轉米粉兜亂$51豉椒排骨炒米粉,配料有青紅椒及洋蔥,排骨入味都算可以,但可惜米粉的被炒到成塊成塊的,這個外表上已經扣了分,還有一些米粉未兜勻,呈現出原來的顔色 白色,味道稍為偏淡。

旺角泉章居, 其實好耐都無去, 因為又要等位又要 Book. 又要指定時間交枱. 昨天去到唔限時, 唔使訂就立即有位, 全晚都唔滿座. 其實呢啲時候對食巿既影響就一定有的. 

今次叫左個4人套餐, 改左個粟米魚肚湯, 其實整體既食物質素都可以保持到! 而個粟米斑塊我覺得係最好味既! 本來個朋友一心想食雞, 我就覺得霸王雞同鹽焗, 我可能會選擇後者. 因為佢個霸王雞同我响出面食既有一段距離

紅燒豆腐其實又唔知點解每次都會點, 仲有個梅菜扣肉, 我都覺得佢做得好出色. 今次無點係因為大家都怕肥.... 我自己就好喜歡食! 送飯真係一流 ...

今次試左個骨髓, 本身一個無味既食物, 佢靠個蠔油汁另到佢有味... 個人覺得一般. 我下次都未必會叫.

今日午餐時間來到旺角的泉章居,現在是午市,餐廳都很多人食飯。餐廳位於一樓,裝修都光猛整潔。泉章居都算是老牌字號,有很多傳統的菜式。要了個咖哩牛腩飯轉麺$51配菜有洋蔥及青紅椒一齊炒。咖哩帶少少薑味,味道都不錯,牛腩炆得夠淋。一麺帶小小硬心,我喜愛腍小小的麺條會好些,麺條與咖哩汁一齊食,味道尚算不錯。

黎得呢間梗係食雞,叫左鹽焗雞、西檸芝麻蝦球、牛肉煲,幾樣都好正,又唔貴,性價比出色 👍鹽分滲透入雞皮和肉裡,雞皮微鹹很滑,雞肉嫩而不柴,點沙薑更添風味。不過都幾多人,要等一陣位。
