新年假期,去西貢拍拖行下 見$288/位, 有四個餸 有海鮮食, 真係算係咁啦,仲有龍蝦食。 仲可以選位坐,岩岩好有一個對海室外位。 一開始有兩碟小食,我最最欣賞係個炸銀魚仔,中意到問老板可唔可以額外買返屋企。 女經理好殘忍一句唔得拒絕左。 。有鴻星果隻味,後來鴻星加左勁多花生, 就無咩買了。 蒸粉絲扇貝,睇到d 人評分,話佢用急涷帆立貝放上個本地殼到蒸。 我相信都係真,因為無粘住個殼,不過味道係ok 的。 龍蝦伊面,龍蝦都好味既,伊面唔係好夠份量。 水果本身係水果同糖水二選一,佢無比我簡,直接比左水果,4 件橙。 選了 芝士龍蝦伊面, 要求改成上湯龍蝦伊面 菠蘿咕嚕肉 , 蒸粉絲扇貝,椒鹽墨魚 , 仲有油菜, 水果。 好多人話,  係放急涷的扇貝,我相信都係既最後埋單$633 兩位。

龍蝦伊面,龍蝦都好味既,伊面唔係好夠份量。

水果本身係水果同糖水二選一,佢無比我簡,直接比左水果,4 件橙。

選了 芝士龍蝦伊面, 要求改成上湯龍蝦伊面
菠蘿咕嚕肉 , 蒸粉絲扇貝,椒鹽墨魚 , 仲有油菜, 水果。

好多人話,  係放急涷的扇貝,我相信都係既

最後埋單$633 兩位。

一提起西貢《全記》這一個名字,大家都會想起西貢的海鮮。對區外人來說,有這一個想法是100%對的。但對我們這一些西貢居民來說,《全記》是一家大鈿飲茶的其中一個好地方。那天,成村人拜完山,要開兩圍食飲茶時,村長早已經在《全記》訂好位了。因為是週末,所以坐在《全記》的大部份茶客同海鮮茶都是區外的遊客。所以訂了位的我們也要等等才能夠安排到兩張相連的大檯。這一次,被安排坐在半露天的位置,在天氣好的時候,比起坐在室內更舒適啊。中午,大家主要都是吃點心。首先來的,是酥點。我們點了叉燒酥同沙律明蝦角。叉燒酥的酥皮做得一流,入口的確有層次感,有層層酥香味。中心是香甜有粗粒叉燒的餡,好好味道。沙律明蝦角,吃入口時,內心依然是熱辣辣的,證明是即叫即炸的佳品。點一點沙律醬後再咬一口,蝦的香品蜂擁而出,同行的小朋友,拼命地搶吃這一個香口的點心。家鄉煎薄罉,是阿仔的最愛,夠薄,夠香脆,咬入口又有煙煙韌韌的口感,賣相、味道同口感都很正宗,很傳統。另一個被小朋友秒殺的,是炸墨魚餅。相信這墨魚餅的墨魚成份都幾高,入口感覺彈彈的,墨魚的味道亦非常之香。再者,內有粒粒香甜的粟米,直接令到這東西更香口。之後,開始來一些老少咸

最後就是大人小朋友都歡喜的蝦餃同燒賣。我們一檯剛好八人,為了每人至少都有一粒,所以每樣都叫了兩籠。

蝦餃,單是看晶瑩剔透的外皮已經可以叫好。內餡有完整的一隻蝦,也有碎蝦加豬肥肉,味道香,入口亦軟綿綿的,不錯。

西貢三大米芝蓮酒家,全記其中之一,上次寫過勝記,今次講吓全記。全記有自家海鮮檔,海鮮選擇多,餐廳位置就腳,有代客泊車,有室內位又有室外位,因為餐廳有兩邊,我個人比較喜歡正舖,牌坊嗰邊比較少去。全記無論係食套餐定海鮮加工,價錢定位相宜。早市仲有點心一盅兩件。我每次入西貢,就一定係去西貢街市或者碼頭艇仔買海鮮再到酒樓加工,今次揀咗條紅瓜子、賴尿蝦、花竹蝦、南非鮑魚、台山蠔同蟶子,全晚最驚喜一定係清蒸賴尿蝦,有人話賴尿蝦梗係椒鹽,我個人建議大家可以清蒸,鮮味一流。最後總結,全記係海鮮加工最平易近人而且有水準嘅西貢三大車呔人酒家。(套餐未食過,各位自行判斷)

今日天氣好好,行山入西貢,順便黎食個4人海鮮餐,成條西貢街都係食海鮮,見到哩間米之連都推介,就入左黎啦😝 食物質素都OK,但人均消費唔算平,大約$350白灼海生蝦第一碟上嘅餸,都幾大隻,有啲蝦膏,鮮甜好味嘅。蒜蓉粉絲蒸海元貝每人1隻,都幾厚肉,正常味道啦。豉椒炒蜆炒得幾有鑊氣,有大排檔味道,但蜆肉唔多同比較細粒。特濃芝士焗龍蝦(伊麵底)最鐵意哩味,大大舊多肉食,而且芝士味濃得黎又唔會蓋過龍蝦肉嘅鮮甜,配埋伊麵底真係好正😋。清蒸海上鮮蒸嘅時間剛好,魚肉香滑嫩口唔腥,但細條左啲🙈郊外油菜食咁多肉一定要食返啲菜🙈正常清炒菜一碟,不過不失啦。驚喜有玻璃樽可口可樂,我地每人飲左2枝🤪

閒日兩人來食午餐,坐滿人,有點心食。我特登來食海鮮的,叫了芝士焗龍蝦、炒花甲,蒸聖子。等了好耐未上菜,一吹就3碟一齊來,食得A來,B凍哂。碟龍蝦好似食剩咁,應該還原唔到一隻龍蝦,2個人的伊麵超少,賣相極肉酸。(好後悔冇影相。)聖子和花甲都好韌。從來唔寫食評的我,也忍不住要出手。食咗大約一千元,最想知係隻龍蝦幾多錢,但單上邊只有一個「海鮮牌」的價錢,是3款海鮮的總價。反之,煮法的收費就列得好清楚:加伊麵底、加粉絲等。我好掛念跑馬地的竹園海鮮酒家。
