就喺上環正街角落嘅一間海鮮餐廳,今次來試咗傳說中嘅芝士牛油龍蝦配埋香脆法包,簡直係完美搭檔😋! 龍蝦嘅肉質鮮美彈牙,滿佈溶化牛油嘅濃郁芝士,味道真係得意過癮💥!隨便抓一塊法包浸啲汁,啖啖香濃噴香,唔使兩三下就消滅咗半個法包!😂 又點咗幾款小菜,蒜茸通菜香口爽脆,他們嘅炒飯又香又夠哂火侯;飯粒分明,真正夠晒古法。食完重有甜品,芒果布甸充滿熱帶果香,糯米湯圓又甜又糯,加上果盤清新爽口,吃完貨真間好滿足。今次食飯經驗正👍,真心推介呀!肚皮都滿意地鼓起嚟,下次仲想再嚟挑戰下其他菜式吖!💃🍴🥂 continue reading

在職員推介之下於海鮮檔order咗幾隻扇貝同其他海鮮,當時見到大約有十幾隻扇貝,坐低10分鐘後職員過嚟話扇貝冇貨,好明顯係比左啱啱嚟到嘅熟客,然後即刻行開冇任何解釋。其實講兩句話有人要晒全部貨我都唔介意,不過咁嘅態度真係冇下次。之前食開跑馬地都冇事,見佢剩返呢間真心想支持。只可以講無能為力。 continue reading

憑住一碗潮州翅, 打動人心, 令人一試難忘, 濃厚綿密既口感, 每一啖都感覺漿住個咀, 雖然知道做法係落左好多豬油, 不過真係好難抗拒.龍蝦反而係配角, 主要係食佢既芝士配法包, 杰身既芝士, 搽係鬆脆既法面, 濃郁咸香既芝士鋪滿表面, 食埋哩一味其實已經好足夠, 因為好大機會已經食到漏左.下一味係大遼参拼獅子頭, 可能醃得太入口, 感覺有少少咸, 但係海参發到好軟身, 所以咬落去淋.黃金鮑魚, 係老闆極力推介既新款菜式, 難得比我地試下. 表面佈滿咸蛋黃, 咬落去充滿油香, 咸味稍為蓋過鮑魚味, 不過鮑魚唔會煮過龍而導致鞋口靭口.蒸石斑魚肉既軟滑又彈口, 雖然無上幾味菜咁濃味, 作為尾聲絕對擔當得起. continue reading
