最近搭車經過見到佢新店開業,聽同行朋友講佢本身係後面街好多年,咁今日同男友放假就同佢朋友試下得唔得。去到爆半個場左右,地方幾大有一間房,睇左一陣餐牌打算嗌野食,場內侍應叫極都唔理你,終於有個男人理我地,但係好似唔識落單咁,落個湯佢話無但老闆娘又話有,搞左10分鐘最後老闆娘過黎落單。😵之後再留意,發現其他人唔識講廣東話,成個場咁大得一個人落到單,完全唔理解。👐🏻呢度其實都幾亂,見好多人筷子都係鴛鴦既,包括我個對都係。😅我地一共叫左4樣野,一個牛肋骨、豬手、魚雲豆腐湯同涼拌皮蛋。皮蛋比較重味,都接受到,不過d皮蛋都幾碎下,好多甩左出黎。豬手脆既,肉都滑,不過刀工不敢恭維,又大又細,d皮甩左一半出黎。魚雲豆腐湯應該係岩岩滾出黎,味道還可以啦。另外仲有個牛肋骨無影到,因為黎既時候有點小插曲,皆因男友食左一舊發現佢係牛腩並唔係牛肋骨,咁同返佢地講,佢地堅持無出錯,但係講真一食就知唔同texture,骨都無舊🤯呢間野絕對無下次,服務差到大排擋都不如,價錢都唔平,食到一肚火🔥

魚雲豆腐湯應該係岩岩滾出黎,味道還可以啦。


另外仲有個牛肋骨無影到,因為黎既時候有點小插曲,皆因男友食左一舊發現佢係牛腩並唔係牛肋骨,咁同返佢地講,佢地堅持無出錯,但係講真一食就知唔同texture,骨都無舊🤯


呢間野絕對無下次,服務差到大排擋都不如,價錢都唔平,食到一肚火🔥

今日好友帶我去土瓜灣食小菜幫我提早慶祝生日,朋友先叫了個石紙包雞,雞肉滑到流油,再來個炸豬手個豬皮好脆卜卜豬肉好軟軟的,再來個炒菜真的炒得好香噴噴,平時我們食的菜是一條條,但在這間店裡是一粒粒的菜一定要試吓,再來一個薯粒炒牛肉粒肉粒太硬唔好食,不過薯粒甜甜地脆脆地味道口感也好豐富,再來煲仔豬什這個比較一般,再來水煮魚這裡是用新鮮海班來做,個湯底加了黑椒、酸菜、粟米、白蘿蔔和紅蘿蔔個味道剛剛好,魚身又好滑,如果喜歡食魚必定要嘗試下。

今晚我一行三人到朱敏記吃晚飯,我們點了三餸一湯,但真係好難食胡椒豬肚湯 ($298)其實是胡椒豬雜湯,因為湯料除了豬肚之外,還有豬潤、豬粉腸、豬生腸、豬肺,這個湯是開著火一路滾住一路飲,由於太多豬內臟,所以滾到豬D內臟味出曬嚟,根本就聞到都冇曬胃口, 其實要差不多300元實在不太值水煮魚 ($148)須然是辣,不過也有魚本身的鮮味。但最失敗的是不知是不是切功的問題,每塊魚片都非常多切碎了的魚骨,食多兩塊都已經冇耐性再食了沙薑鵝腸 ($88)呢個餸簡直係失敗之作鵝腸是雪藏都算,但鵝腸的口感十分之淋不是爽,而且毫無沙薑的味道。莫講是88元,就算是38元也都不值冰鎮菠蘿咕嚕肉 ($148)呢個餸不過不失,可能是冇個餸好食而間接令到呢個餸略為食得落肚另外,還要一提就是每位居然要收30元醬油費,所謂既醬油其實係一碟非常非常普通的辣椒鼓油,除了有幾粒完全唔辣的辣椒之外,什麼都冇,所以我個人感覺這醬油費有D被搵笨,我情願佢地正正經經收取加一服務費好過啦

呢個餸不過不失,可能是冇個餸好食而間接令到呢個餸略為食得落肚

另外,還要一提就是每位居然要收30元醬油費,所謂既醬油其實係一碟非常非常普通的辣椒鼓油,除了有幾粒完全唔辣的辣椒之外,什麼都冇,所以我個人感覺這醬油費有D被搵笨,我情願佢地正正經經收取加一服務費好過啦

第一,勁貴

畀幾百蚊食垃圾。十幾人去食,份量好少,分得嗰幾條菜同幾塊肉,好意思收人幾百蚊。真係幾百蚊我不如食放題唔好?

第二,難食
咕嚕肉搵冰一齊上,傻的嗎?肉都凍了。炸嘅食物又唔熱。特別嗰碟炸蟮係勁咸。個XO醬炒飯佢用石鍋上,但個鍋係冰凍,個飯都係,完成無誠意。
份量又勁少。十幾個人每人食一啖炒飯就無哂。但個炒飯夠膽收百幾蚊。豬油炒菜,每人都無分到一條!又一百!痴線!值唔值呀?
普通酒樓重平重好食!

第三,上菜勁慢
食完第一道,等咗30分鐘第二道菜都未上。係30分鐘。完全唔明廚房發生咩事。

第六,唔乾淨
好多蜘蛛爬係個石鍋飯個鍋下面。。。呢個清潔程度居然敢整魚生!

同屋企人食飯一共有15個人,屋企人話事食咩啦,有個靚姐推介左好多招牌菜。我以為係同普通大排檔食小菜差不多,原來佢啲招牌菜都幾特別,係講緊個賣相好特別。開頭以為係炸子雞,又以為係扁平鴨,點知原來係雞皮加下面塊蝦膠。。。。上面有個用哈密瓜盅,入面係翠肉瓜,雲耳,雞柳。。。其實係普通野,煮法我相信都無第二間,賣相的確係俾人用影相呃lik ,但係咁貴賓食一塊雞皮加蝦膠?最正常係呢個,價錢都係最常,鮑魚爽口唔硬,同埋煮得好香口。呢個係冰鎮生炒骨,靚姐話全香港得佢一間係用呢個方法煮。但我想話,呢個就係全晚入邊最唔值嘅一個菜。排骨份量真係好少,菠蘿係最好食既,但係點解我要俾錢黎呢度食菠蘿?牛肋條,個重點就係去咗隔離嗰個牛肋骨裝飾度。牛肋條都煮得幾腍,入味,同埋入口即融,我哋15個人,平均一人一塊啦 。最後呢個紅豆沙,等左差不多九個字先黎, 我哋心諗,你冇理由依家先煲,應該一早整定架啦。到嚟到嘅時候,原來等咁耐係因為唔夠馬桶用。。。。好地地一個紅豆沙,搞噱頭其實冇問題,但係如果要人等左九個字就係為咗你碗紅豆沙就唔值囉, 雖然係好食但係嚟到嘅時候已經凍哂啦。其實所有野味道係幾好食,不過個賣相有啲浮誇,

最後呢個紅豆沙,等左差不多九個字先黎, 我哋心諗,你冇理由依家先煲,應該一早整定架啦。到嚟到嘅時候,原來等咁耐係因為唔夠馬桶用。。。。好地地一個紅豆沙,搞噱頭其實冇問題,但係如果要人等左九個字就係為咗你碗紅豆沙就唔值囉, 雖然係好食但係嚟到嘅時候已經凍哂啦。

其實所有野味道係幾好食,不過個賣相有啲浮誇,份量都太少,例如一碟冰鎮生炒排骨,排骨得好少, 反而後邊成個菠蘿佔左大部分, 感覺係俾錢食菠蘿,所以呢類型嘅菜式都係試一次就夠。

原條魚起骨,頭骨尾拿去炸,肉調味後塗醬油燒,啖啖肉,點青辣汁更惹味。

全晚免收開瓶費及切餅費,若平均除開的話,每人約 $200,也相當抵。食物方面個人覺得有好,有普通;這倒沒有太大關係,壽星們和一班朋友開心就好了!而且它營業到凌晨半夜,是麻甩消夜的好地方。
