食過幾間四川燒烤店, 呢間都算唔錯。裝修簡單,木檯木椅, 算企理, 唔會一入去就聞到油煙味。坐低會介紹吓海鮮, 又有樣本比你睇吓貝類點分。我地必點蒜蓉燒蠔,燒得好香,面頭仲有D青椒紅椒粒, 不過就油左D。燒鱔,韮菜,茄子,白果,牛舌,墨魚咀,羊架都係我至愛,必叫既~牛舌係厚切, 外面乾身得黎入面好軟熟。燒雞脾,雞皮燒到好脆,又keep 到肉汁, 幾正吖~魚都有幾多種, 我地就揀左鱸魚, 不過有d 過左火,同埋燶左d。 continue reading
