一心打算假日搵一啲從未試過的餐廳試下,係網上搵搵下就見到呢間餐廳,見大家極力推介佢個椰子🥥燉湯,就即管去試試,點知一試就勁伏,極為失望去到餐廳,時間不早但完全沒有客人,但都照入去試試。餐廳燉湯盅/椰子燉湯各有十款左右,且可以加配餸,例如燒味。而飯可以跟配紫薯飯或者白飯。 每一個套餐會附有甜品(啫喱)同一杯茶。 每個套餐為返$75-80左右。落單後無耐,餐廳唯一一個員工就開始準備,佢先係樓面個銀色櫃度拎左兩個不銹鋼容器出黎,應該就係啲燉湯,客落咩order,翻熱後,就倒咩湯落去相對嘅器皿度。 今次我試左椰子燉湯+燒味白飯,正如其他食評所講,燉湯無味精,這點很ok,但亦無味,再加上個環保椰子殼,同鋪得好不美觀的叉燒,真係另人食慾大減。最後比錢嘅時候,望一望廚房,見到啲燒味係個大不銹鋼兜度,拼到好似盤菜咁,就知咩事絕不推薦大家去食呢間餐廳,翻叮燒味飯,無誠意,而且價錢不實惠,食完好絕望,請記得三思先好幫襯。

今次我試左椰子燉湯+燒味白飯,正如其他食評所講,燉湯無味精,這點很ok,但亦無味,再加上個環保椰子殼,同鋪得好不美觀的叉燒,真係另人食慾大減。

最後比錢嘅時候,望一望廚房,見到啲燒味係個大不銹鋼兜度,拼到好似盤菜咁,就知咩事


絕不推薦大家去食呢間餐廳,翻叮燒味飯,無誠意,而且價錢不實惠,食完好絕望,請記得三思先好幫襯。

呢碗甜品除咗有口感煙韌嘅三色手工芋圓,仲有仙草、同紅豆,材料豐富,成個組合好夾好好味,甜度恰到好處,一個人食曬成碗都唔會滯。

小菜其實好多選擇,但係我忽然好想食燒味,就選擇了叉燒拼燒腩仔。叉燒較乾身有點柴,很一般。但燒腩仔脆皮肉厚,非常不錯。
最驚喜的是紫薯飯,用了十足,粒粒紫薯同白飯紫白相間,美感十足而又有豐富嘅纖維,食完都覺得自己健康咗😂。

喺白楊街一個唔起眼嘅角落,有一間曾經連續取得2年米芝蓮推介嘅燉湯店。燉湯都拎到米芝蓮?試下有咩咁特別先店內位置不多, 約有4-5張枱,食飯時間好容易滿座。叫咗織金竹笙子排椰小盅燉湯+自滷牛腿肉紫薯飯+鮮榨椰汁。燉湯材料豐富, 除咗湯料外不加一滴水,以椰子水原盅燉煮而成。每一啖都有陣陣嘅椰子清香,十分滋潤,但又不會搶到肉料的鮮甜。牛腿肉(牛腱) 好入味,肉質嫩滑,係下飯嘅好選擇。紫薯飯除咗紫薯外仲有紫米,粗纖維為平常嘅白飯增添口感。鮮榨椰汁應該有加奶,有椰香之餘不會太甜也許,煩忙的香港人係需要一碗可以慰藉心靈的燉湯,從煩囂的都市得到片刻嘅寧謐。另外值得一提係可以whatsapp 預先落定單,以確保去到餐廳時飲到想要嘅燉湯

最近屋企少煲湯,對湯水好渴望,search左下香港燉湯,見到尼款原個椰子燉湯都幾吸引。而且有我最鍾意嘅烏雞。一於外賣試試。外賣來到仲熱辣辣,湯好清甜,冇味精,有三四塊雞肉,紅棗桂圓枸杞。包裝袋好密實一定唔會漏。

原個椰子🥥當燉盅吃完飯本來想飲糖水,找糖水鋪看到一間小小不起眼的店面,原來還是米芝連指南推介的店,又有燉湯又有糖水🌟織金竹笙烏雞椰小盅,益氣養血、美容養顏,很清甜的椰香味,無鹽無糖無味精,沒添加任何調味,新鮮食材的真味。廣東人離不開湯,飲個燉湯好補身。再加個小菜和紫薯飯就是健康的一餐🌟手工芋圓,里面有仙草紅豆抹茶芋圓地瓜芋圓紫薯芋圓,不會很甜膩,可惜芋圓偏硬,不夠軟糯,份量算足💡沒有加一服務費

湯品類還好 而小菜類真的需要進步空間

湯頭雖然有點油🥰但清甜味美
美中不足是吃不到椰肉

雞小腿肉質不錯 有彈性
😙醬汁鹹香微辣 挺好餸飯
紫薯健脾熱量低比白飯更有飽肚感
啫喱就正常發揮 入口是順滑的
花奶份量不少 邪惡度增加

牛大力健脾益胃補腎補腰😏
湯料也足 排骨也不柴
濃而不濁偏鹹香
