The potion of Linguine is a bit too much to me! Al dente linguine with just right amount of sause, the peached egg sublimates the texture of the sause, and you feel the smooth and creamy in your dish.
The pork is so tender, and ready to chew.
It is my first time to try “Espresso Tonic”, I expect I can taste the favour of coffee, but the taste of tonic is too strong and cover up the taste of coffee. I prefer “Espresso Soda” instead.

& 意式濃縮咖啡配湯力水
扁意粉 煮到剛剛好,不是太硬或太軟,但對我來說,份量有點多。溫泉蛋 提升了整件事,令意粉感覺更滑。汁不多,也不少,沒有太濕的感覺。手撕豬肉的調味也很好,沒有過鹹,夠軟淋。
可能我沒預計「意式濃縮咖啡湯力水」是帶甜的,湯力水的味道太濃,那果味完全蓋過了咖啡的味道,可選擇的話,我寧願喝 「Espresso Soda」。
