To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

以前喺灣仔返工,成日都好鍾意去品穀買麵包每次去到都覺得有新驚喜,因為成日都有新產品推出,仲要好吸引品穀啲麵包其實一啲都唔平,細細個麵包都要$20至$30,不過勝在真材實料,食一個一定飽可可曲奇$25可可曲奇顧名思義就係朱古力味嘅麵包,再加咗啲曲奇餅喺面,成個Bel淨係聽個名已經好Rich個包中間有朱古力醬,扭紋咁佈滿個包開心果蔓越莓蛋糕近排大熱開心果系列,湊熱鬧買左舊試下有少少失望,冇咩開心果味,普通牛油蛋糕質感中間有幾粒蔓越莓,酸酸甜甜咁,下次唔會再試 continue reading

之前其實已經寫過一次呢間舖頭,但係因為佢哋嘅開心果產品實在太多啦,於是忍唔住再入去買嚟食。今次試嘅係最近好多人介紹嘅開心果雪山,行入去餅店就見到佢個真身,就咁望落去都覺得幾就開心果醬,雖然價錢有啲貴,但都就忍唔住買返去食。佢個麵包係比較軟身嘅,一打開個開心果雪山就會見到有好多醬,望落去都已經覺得好足料。一啖咬落去就食到好香濃嘅開心果味,開心果醬加埋開心果隨真係好滿足,而且個包底一啲都唔乾身,同開心果醬好夾!呢個包真係值得一試,但係食物會有少少漏,同人share就啱晒啦 continue reading

前兩日早上買了白方包,懷疑係唔新鮮,回家有放入雪櫃,第二朝攞出嚟就已發左霉,小朋友仲食左幾啖,不安拿去店鋪想換或退,店員說自己是part time話唔到事,一定要有單先可換貨,大佬冇諗過買麵包都要keep單,買既時嘅又唔講要keep單,我問依個麵包袋唔係你地既咩,佢就話好難做,咁我都唔為難佢,WhatsApp 聯絡公司,cs 問我幾時買麵包,提供左買八達通買既時間同價錢紀錄,叫等一日先覆。第二日覆話換唔到,估唔到買麵包在有效期內發霉都冇得換,提供左付款紀錄都堅持唔俾換,發霉食物係有機會中毒,冇良心的店鋪,也有可能係麵包唔新鮮,唔會再幫襯 continue reading
