係airside見到午市套餐特別平就入咗去試吓，因為上多人一齊用個大鍋食，所以叫左4人餐，有3款肉+2盤菜+一盤午餐肉同丸仔，湯底包一個鴛鴦湯底。牛肉真係幾好食，推介，但係個自助吧真心伏，原來只係得醬料同埋生果，本來仲以為有啲其他配菜可以拎，但其實係冇，而且每個人都被迫一定要加。見其他人食佢個午市套餐係一人一鍋，望落唔差，好似幾高質，下次都有興趣再去試下。係airside午市有呢個性價比嘅午餐算係咁，值得食。 continue reading

一直都很想試，今日終於第一次去，因為airside 9:00後還可入座的選擇不多試了紅顏花膠雞鍋，一個湯底$198，非常杰身，不是花膠的黏口，而是生粉的糊口，只有數條竹笙及手指尾般的花膠幾粒，湯內有比譚仔還小及碎的雞肉碎，指甲大的鮑魚。因為湯底的味道不是太突出，又不是養生style，就放了一個龍蝦頭落去滾湯，待應來說要加湯，否則會燶底，但龍蝦頭是生的，而且我在還喝湯，加水不是會影響嗎？之後又說，其實龍蝦頭可以幫我哋開邊，上枱的時候也沒有說。(雖然滾熟後也有幫我們拿回廚房開邊)飛魚子墨魚滑好像有芝士在內？不好吃。半生烏冬亦太生，侍應說，因為我們是花膠湯底，特別難熟，需要的時間長，因為好像吃粉似的，試了幾條也沒有再吃。鵝腸是比較好的，比龍蝦好吃。幸好沒有叫和牛，湯底使人胃口全沒。在我用手開龍蝦殼的時候，侍應又過來叫我埋單，莫名奇妙，催也有一個限度，看看時機吧 ! 總括是極差，除了窗邊位好坐外，食物難食，服務遲鈍，價錢不值，湊湊已列入黑名單內。 continue reading
