🥰 “天澄閣” 位於 紅磡 海韻軒 海景酒店 三樓, 位置少少吊腳, 但其實非常方便 “車友”, 餐廳容易訂位, 設泊車優惠, 又多位又易泊.🥢 今日中午嚟食點心, 蟹籽燒賣皇, 懷舊叉燒包, 北菇棉花雞, 醬皇金錢肚 正常發揮, 黑松露鵪鶉蛋芋角 十分出色, 配鵪鶉蛋幾有趣, 黑松露有點畫蛇添足, 鐵鍋生煎包 麻麻地, 多油, 又冇鐵鍋鑊氣, 鳳爪排骨蒸飯 睇落樣衰衰, 但食落唔錯.🤗 餐廳走中檔路線, 服務雖然未達酒店質素, 但樓底高, 地方闊落, 又坐得舒服. 整體食物過關, 可以再試!  continue reading

上次試過晚飯都幾滿意,諗住今日嚟飲茶點心如何?兩個人叫咗六個點心1)天澄蝦餃王($50)本身我鍾意食蝦餃,所以飲茶一定會叫,喺呢度就係一個特點,所以都有少少期望,但上枱嗰刻覺得蝦餃份量相對細,個蒸籠就好大,食落口亦未有太大驚喜,同價錢相比性價比較低2)醬皇蒸鳳爪($41)份量都算OK,味道淡好但偏辣,都好味嘅3)懷舊叉燒包($32)中規中矩4)潮州蒸粉果($32)又係個蒸籠好大,食物比較細隻,而且味道以我食咁多年粉果嘅經驗應該係叫唔好食5)山竹牛肉球($41)味道都算唔錯6)雪茄蝦春卷($41)創意點心,一攞出嚟好似見到有三支雪茄放喺玻璃杯入邊,可能係蕃茄嘅原因外皮炸咗後好似朱古力咁嘅色,咬落都係啖啖有蝦,但係應該都係普通春卷會好味啲如果以紅磡酒店嘅價錢相對性價比就低咗,食物味道亦沒有太大驚喜,而且週末比平日仲會貴少少。環境就係靚,因為主要係一個專做婚禮嘅場地,可惜服務就麻麻哋。如果以呢個價錢可能都係去返附近其他酒樓會食得開心啲。 continue reading
