To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

提早食團年飯,屋企人未去過air side,所以就去食飯,順便行下。餐廳無大圓枱,圓枱最大只可以坐8人,建議放1-2張會好dd,一家人食飯圓枱會開心d.翡翠我地都算經常光顧,不過今次好失望,叫咩無咩,最普通既烤夫都無,唔想食中式酒樓係因為唔想食圍餐,係咪因為想我地唔散叫,所以咩都無得食呢?其實整體都ok,係今次選擇好失望,順帶一提,air side無野行,我寧願下次去德褔附近食好過

當日平安夜,我同阿媽當晚行airside啟德商場,看到翡翠拉麵小籠包 好多空位 我哋就 揀咗呢間店鋪食, 入到店舖就 拎咗花生畀我哋食 當初以為免費最後都要付$8 茶位$12, 我哋就叫了羊腩煲$208, 睇個樣唔算好抵食,嚟咗就見到好多肉但好少蔬菜類,看到唔係好大煲 有啲失落, 然後仲嗌咗個小籠包$52/4件, 咬落去都係普通冇咩特別,有啲失落食咗三百幾蚊😕, 仲要加一, 可能平日食會好啲同平啲, 下次都係揀返 星期一至五食抵啲吧😉

在Airside開了這家店,真好,食住美食坐係窗邊位置,一路望住街景食嘢,感覺真好。如果有HSBC 信用卡,周一至周五及周六、日的優惠也很大。食物從來不會失望,尤其是最愛的小龍包。小龍包皮薄餡靚,真的好喜歡吃翡翠的小龍包。其他的冷菜雞絲粉皮,粉皮好適中,醬料及雞絲也足,配得很好。熱菜比我想像中好吃。沒有試甜品,叫了杯飲品,真材實料,口感及味道超好,好好飲。下次一定要試甜品。有HSBC信用卡,優惠更大。

某天一早醒來,我好想飲茶呀!但係問題係屋企附近冇咩好飲嘅茶樓喎😭等陣去Airside睇戲🎬,咁就係Airside揾間啦!翡翠拉麵小籠包?有小籠包?OK!肯定就是你😎♦️上海小籠包(四隻)外皮厚薄適中,咬落去中間又湯汁,滿足😍♦️櫻花蝦醬珍珠帶子干貝炒飯整體嚟講,個飯都幾香,幾乾身,佢碟炒飯中間會放咗櫻花蝦醬,撈埋一齊食會令個飯更加惹味👍🏻♦️椒鹽小黃魚(兩條)佢個小黃魚炸得好酥脆,入邊嘅魚肉依然好嫩滑👍🏻♦️京蔥爆牛肉呢個餸真係好惹味👍🏻個人好喜歡!佢環境坐得都幾舒服😌佢又有好多玻璃,所以可以見到外面風景,食飯都食得爽啲!

近年出街食飯去得多,有時都想食得健康些少, 早排同朋友去Airside食飯,就係想試下養生四人套餐, 仲要有護膚品旅行套裝贈品,真係好啱同行女士。起初以為Airside不太就腳,原來就正正係啟德地鐵站上蓋,都幾方便。餐廳特別配製幾款特飲,包括了苦瓜荔枝特飲、青檸話梅梳打及芒果愛玉特飲。甜香的芒果當然最受歡迎,想健康一點,自己反而選了苦瓜。花雕醉雞選用了脾位,雞肉較多又嫩,酒香四溢,不錯。鎮江肴肉做得很地道,肉香滿滿,蘸點一下陳醋,味道更鮮。甜酸青瓜簾只削下青瓜皮,口感清新爽脆,尤其是甜甜酸酸的非常開胃。酸辣湯酸辣程度爆燈,呷上兩口已經頭皮發麻,但我鍾意。人蔘雞湯小籠包之前在深圳都吃過相近菜色,只不過是蝦餃換上了小籠包,湯與包都沒有問題,但個人始終覺得兩者有點格格不入,我寧願把小籠包蘸醋食,單純的喝人蔘湯。黑蒜淮山煨牛尾都有一段時間沒踫上黑蒜菜色了,牛尾甜甜地幾特別,用來伴白飯最好。淮山蘆筍炒魚片很欣賞沒有大多的玻璃芡,魚肉生熟度剛剛好,淮山亦爽甜。清炒蝦仁很清新爽口,蝦仁的味道突出。京蔥爆牛肉好香口,吃落有點豪邁的感覺,牛肉嫩滑,京蔥掛上了肉汁,又是不可錯過,加埋啤酒一流。宮保雞丁炒得乾身,腰果好惹味,辣度有點遷就港人,其實可以更澎湃一點。奶油津白很喜歡在上海館子點的一道菜,尤其是煮得夠稔入味的,更是我杯茶,是日稍微未夠稔身,味道還是不錯的。雪菜蝦仁炒飯炒得幾乾身,雪菜味不會過強,蝦仁亦非淡而無味,作為單尾幾滿意。* 綠茶芋泥餅熱辣辣上檯,一口咬落,綠茶味幾出,都幾大隻,如果有迷你版會更好。
