To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 炸豆腐唔係好夠味,
蔥爆牛肉啲牛肉好滑,
雞火炒飯幾好食,yummy
酸菜魚淡茂茂無味,啲魚啲味好怪,
酒釀丸子原來唔係我鍾意嘅嘢味道係好正宗偏酸。

可能天氣太熱,同家人不約而同叫了湯麫。
4個湯麵中, 最好食就係五香牛肉麵, 牛展是厚厚的😏, 不過湯底做得非常清淡, 味濃多少少會好啲。
排骨麫本來係我十分期待, 但兩位家人嘗試過之後, 都發現太生, 非常紅, 廚房師父說換了都是一樣, 但服務太態好, 換了一個雞湯我試, 燉雞是藉得加推
可能太耐無食蘿蔔絲酥餅, 這個雖然唔算得好好食, 但都算鬆脆。 不過性價比就有啲貴。 $40/3件

原來翡翠餐飲集團在2014年成為咗LV集團成員之一。黎翡翠食飯最好係用匯豐信用卡埋單,因為用匯豐信用卡食呢款二人套餐非常抵食,$328 有好多野食,有前菜丶點心丶小菜(兩款)丶飯或麵丶仲有飲品。當晚我地四個人黎食,叫左呢個二人套餐和散叫。當晚叫左好多野食,二人套餐包括有椒鹽黃金豆腐丶菜肉雲吞(6隻)丶瑤柱賽螃蟹丶糖醋雞球丶上海炒粗麵丶檸檬薏米水。另外再加左幾款嘢食,蘿蔔絲酥餅丶小籠包丶香煎素鵝丶四川酸辣湯。非常豐富丶食得好滿足。全部都整得好好味,不過糖醋雞球就失水準,好乾。上年禁晚市,搞到成日都冇得黎食飯。幫我地落單的店員阿Man好有禮貌和細心,服務態度好好。

叫了排骨麵,之前食既排骨麵,鬆軟及啖啖肉,又多。今日食既硬,肥及得4塊。醉雞,骨多肉少。我係叫正餐牌上既,不是下午茶餐及套餐。其他還叫了小蘢包,豆沙鍋餅及紅油抄手及嫩雞煨麵。大致上跟之前差不多。
今日冇咩人,收銀話20分鐘有,我等小30分鐘。暫時唔會再叫了
反觀其他都是做7-8折既餐廳,食物質素keep到。
希望日後市道好時質素有改善。

兩個小菜HK$80,加$5蚊一個白飯 $15一個"補肺湯" 晚飯時間都一路會有人排隊買,等候時間唔算太長,約20分鐘~ 可以簽卡~
今次試咗個糖醋魚塊,同埋口水雞, 加咗兩個飯一個湯 兩個餸都幾好食,份量都唔太小
糖醋魚塊係用紅醋嗰隻,如果有黑醋嗰款就仲好 炸魚嘅粉唔算厚,小朋友都有食 口水雞嘅麻辣味都做得幾好
佢呢個價錢同喺快餐店買個餐差唔多,性價比都算高,會再幫襯😉
我分別叫左一客小籠包同一個口水雞冷麵,諗住解下熱。
先講小籠包,不得不說,佢做得幾好,皮簿多湯汁唔在講,佢d豬肉係有肉香,吸唒d湯汁後好滑,點少少醋好好食。
之後就到口水雞冷麵,我自問算食得辣,但佢真係好好好好辣lol 麻到我個咀好似梁潮偉咁,麵質同雞肉係ok的,但味道太勁,我相信要食得好辣既人先食得到,如果佢淡翻少少就ok
特別係同屋企人一齊要諗食咩嘅時候真係諗到頭都痛

一如既往翡翠嘅座上客都係咁多
疫情期間佢哋有送每台一支搓手液認真細心

排骨炆到好林好入味
絕對係我食過最好食嘅糖醋骨佢連骨輕易就能夠落去,十分鬆化,一陣陣嘅糖醋味滲出黎,十分好食
最後呢個火腿炒飯見佢個名普普通通冇諗過原來炒得咁好食
米飯粒粒分明帶有少少鹹香
一入到去就每人派一個口罩套紙,茶水都有膠蓋嵌着,不過就好似冇咁環保......
我哋叫左個匯豐二人套餐,再加一碟上海粗炒,眼見有好多職員做嘢,但係我哋就好似吊鹽水咁,逐碟逐碟黎上菜,(因為佢哋等埋一齊做一齊出菜....)😑😑😑
嗰碟上海粗炒同人一齊上,但係見到人哋嗰啲就好大碟,我哋就唔同,之後同職員講,點解好似唔同嘅?負負氣氣個呀姐話:「佢嗰碟多菜啲姐,你要嘅,咪俾多啲菜你囉!」🧐😒
等買單嘅時候,個啲職員又係要等埋其他枱一齊買單,一次過出單.....🙁🙁
