To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. - 招牌小籠包
入座時間約5:30pm, 因為是平日, 客人未算多, 比較寧靜和坐得舒適。
我們點了「上海小籠包」、「鮮肉鍋貼」、「上海粗炒麵」和「香煎素鵝」。
「上海小籠包」
這店的小籠包真的好味到沒話說, 皮薄餡靚, 肉鮮多汁, 夾起時同時要用匙羹接著, 如果唔係肉汁會漏出, 包內的肉汁鮮甜到呢 . . . 論小籠包, 暫時我覺得這店是最好味。
「鮮肉鍋貼」
鮮肉鍋貼內的鮮肉和小籠包的肉餡是一樣的, 肉鮮多汁, 鍋貼煎得夠脆夠熱, 而且幾大隻, 吃了一隻已感到非常滿足。
「上海粗炒麵」
油炒麵通常在味道的調較可見到廚師的功力, 這款上海粗炒麵炒得入味, 每條麵也沾勻醬油, 味道剛好, 配以肉絲、香菇、紹菜和白菜等材料, 非常可口, 吃完也不覺鹹或口渴, 所以幾乎每次也點這個炒麵。
「香煎素鵝」
煎素鵝煎得好香脆, 配以香菇、黑木耳等素材料和獻汁, 外脆內軟, 雖然是素食, 不只覺得好美味, 而且好有營養。
雖然是幾道不算貴價的項目, 仍然非常美味和感到滿足, 食出幸福既感覺。

首先上檯係冷盤〈醉豬手〉
豬手浸在濃濃嘅花雕酒內,非常入味 。外皮脆脆,整件豬手不會太硬 ,又香又爽口,令人食慾大增😋
小食〈小籠包〉4隻
小籠包皮薄,餡肉肥瘦適中,咬落去時肉汁爆瀉,小心燙口😝
主食〈上海炒年糕〉
煙韌嘅年糕用上濃厚醬油炒制,不會太油膩。
主食〈五香牛肉麵〉
用牛展來做五香牛肉,口感從化。麵條煙韌亦有分粗幼,任君選擇。
甜品〈擂沙湯圓〉
軟淋淋滑嘟嘟嘅糯米粉糰包住香濃嘅芝麻餡料,再將湯圓沾上黄豆粉,真係好好食。
甜品〈桂圓雪梨茶〉
桂圓配上淡淡嘅雪梨茶, 清潤順喉
值得嘉許管理層,教導侍應生細心問客人,是否需要剪斷麵條和加上芫茜蔥粒。👍Keep 住水準同服務ㄧ定有大把擁躉幫襯! 包括我在內。 😉
叫左碗「宋嫂魚羹」魚肉肉质質細嫩、火腿色澤鮮明,瘦肉香咸帶甜,肥肉香而不膩,美味可口。竹芛又含有大量纖維,對腸道蠕動非常有效。
「翡翠上海小籠包」是我由細至大都非常愛吃的一道美食,包皮厚薄適中,同時能承托包內湯汁。尖端位置剛剛好,賣相很美。
「上海擔擔麵」 雖然正宗是撈來吃的,但近年已演變成湯麵的食法,免治豬肉爽口彈牙、蒜頭、洋葱和花生既配合之下份外惹味,加入秘製既醬汁連高湯齊煮上海幼麵,色香味俱全。
「麻辣口水雞」雞腿肉質鮮味、香滑柔軟、雞皮更加是爽滑緊緻,秘製的醬汁淋在切好的雞肉上,不論是冬天/夏天食都好開胃,冷盤來講「口水雞算是數一數二的熱選美食吧」
