雪菜毛豆百葉 $208
呢個菜式我都係第一次試,原來係上海嘅家常小菜。百葉軟身又有彈性,味道有少少酒香,帶出毛豆天然嘅甜味。


拔絲香蕉 $158
一餐最期待嘅當然係甜品,金色嘅拔絲令到成個甜品更加立體,另外香蕉軟身又有甜味,做甜品真係一流。

呢個餐廳好時尚、高級、有氣派。一入到來全層都係好華麗、堂皇既野。有畫、有海景、室內有樹做裝飾,好有格調。同朋友一人一SET野,精選三小碟好特別,肴肉、海螯點醋好好食、雞,小巧,味道佳,都唔會好濃味。松茸燉花膠,花膠好有咬口,個湯好入味,我連湯渣都食埋。主菜份量唔多,但好精緻,有四道,岩晒咩都想試D既我。蜜豆河蝦仁好正,D豆真係好甜,未試過呢隻蔬菜,同蝦仁都好夾,清淡好食。蔥燒海參,蔥爆香了,海參勁大條,啖啖肉,個汁都好好味。松子雞米鍋巴,鍋巴又香又脆,松子雞濃味,同淡淡地既鍋巴好夾。腿片菜苗,菜苗好甜,超新鮮,健康之選。小籠包多汁,餡大、皮薄,好味。甜品係拔絲蘋果,拔絲包住蘋果,好好味,又好靚。呢道所以菜式都係一人一SET,唔洗我地自己分來分去,好!同埋龍井係高級茶葉,店員又會自動自覺幫我地加茶,服務一流。
