Finally got to Czarina to try, I took my husband and sister to have dinner last night. Honestly, a bit disappointed! My husband didn't feel dining in a Russian restaurant, just a fair price steak house. Not much taste in the steak, soup is ok but service is good.

我由細幫襯到大,屋企人都係佢熟客,幫襯左廿幾年。可能好多人覺得呢類西餐好多餐廳都做到啦,冇乜特別,但莎厘娜之所以可以生存咁多年,就係因為佢地既食物水準超穩定,基本上我食左咁耐佢地都冇試過失手。莎厘娜的食物新鮮(不論是扒類定係海鮮),烹調得法,羅宋湯同俄國牛柳絲飯更加係全港一絕,試過之後都覺得其他餐廳絕對做唔到。如果你識得一些畢左業好多年既港大畢業生(而家既港大生反而可能未去過),佢地一定記得呢間餐廳,同埋一定會向你推介此餐廳的羅宋湯!還有值得一讚的是,這間餐廳的侍應服務很好,亦非常醒目,全部都係度做左十五年以上。今時今日,要有咁既服務態度先得架!如果大家想試既話,最好平日黎,星期六日多數要訂位先有位,間餐廳都幾細下。

0岩0岩食完番黎,好開心,見到czarina好似以前咁,變番好多人食.記得上次去,冇几耐之前,冇咩人食,可能唔係星期六日啦.今晚同媽咪食,佢叫羊仔骨(138),我叫大蝦牛柳(146),佢話個羊仔骨好好食,個汁又好香好好味~其實我媽咪次次都係食羊仔骨,因為佢唔食牛肉,豬扒佢又麻麻地,所以次次都叫呢樣,但次次都讚呢~我個大蝦真係好大,而且焗到好香~d肉又唔太"high",牛柳就好"num",但我明明叫8成熟,佢俾我的,我諗係6成熟啦,仲有血水...不過真係好香牛味,唔似有d餐廳0既牛扒只有香料味冇牛味.

我都好鍾意飲呢度個羅宋湯同埋食佢個俄國牛柳絲飯嫁! 好好味!試過其他港式餐廳o既所謂俄國牛柳絲飯, 竟然係將牛肉同d甜椒呀,洋蔥呀兜埋一碟...唔係有牛肉就係俄國牛柳絲嫁!呢間就夠正宗啦! d汁好好味, 牛肉亦好淋!如果我無記錯,呢間舖係一對親切o既老夫婦開...有好多半山熟客仔!

其實我覺得szarina好好食,個羅宋湯料又多,又香濃,但我發現近日少左好多人食,而家食多數唔洗排隊...我希望佢唔會咁快做唔住,因為我真係佢0既捧場客,冇得飲佢0既湯唔知點算除左個湯掂之外,佢個羊扒同牛柳一樣掂,羊扒主要係佢個汁整得好好,個薄荷汁酸酸甜甜,好開胃,個羊扒又冇咩騷味,正呢~而佢個大蝦牛柳亦係一試難忘~~~~如果有心去食,唔好叫飯0個d餐,先試佢d扒餐,包你食過番尋味!

我好鐘意去czarina食晚餐架~多數同屋企人食佢既羅宋湯係絕頂好飲!!有時自己一個費時入去食個餐,會行過d去express0個邊專order個湯~~真係好好味,d料好多,好濃,係好多餐廳都比唔上架!!而家諗起都想飲...通常我會叫帶子/鮮蘑菇牛柳餐,d牛柳好好味,好入味又好香牛味,耐唔耐食一次好滿足呢~雖然一個餐要百几蚊,但我覺得值囉!

以前在附近讀書來吃過幾次,因價錢唔平所以要有錢至來食得。老牌西餐廳食物有番咁上下質數,其中印象最深刻可算是那碗濃濃的羅宋湯,夠火侯之餘又落足料,實在係好正!

冷不妨七、八歲的小孫女拍手笑嚷:「嘩,原來以前是『辣妹』。」
登時滿座笑得人翻馬仰!那是六十年代初,龍華乳鴿四元半一隻,其時雲吞麵才五毫一碗,要九碗麵的代價才能吃一隻乳鴿,在當年可是奢侈品,相形之下龍華乳鴿王時至今日衹賣五十五元,比當年扺食得多了。
每人一隻乳鴿王,紅燒或豉油王,各適其適,用手拿著撕拏著吃,別有豪邁自在的食趣,長者幼孩胃納較小可以開邊或一開四。一旦碎上,那味外之趣便蕩然無存了。
區區與龍華主人結交數十載,情非泛泛,也著實非常喜愛這一小片三合土森林中的綠洲,因此常自動請纓為龍華設計一些時令菜式組成的梅花宴配合招牌乳鴿王,經常變換,維持口味常新。
別開生面的「魚湯上素梅花宴」是其中一個大膽的新嘗試,逢星期一至五推出,大受歡迎。

前兩日去食,覺得間舖比較細,價錢一般都要成$160 一個餐, 本來個頭盤幾好味, D 蝦好鮮甜,個沙律底都好好味,不過,個羅宋湯同出面D 普通餐廳差唔多, 個主菜真係失望,我叫羊仔排,無羊味之餘仲肥嘟嘟,我試朋友叫o既牛柳同T 骨,一樣唔好食,無味兼' 鞋'口,唔好食!講真,間餐廳同一間普通餐廳差唔多,如果唔係D 網站寫明佢係俄國o野,我都睇唔出喎!
