觀塘酒樓特別多,通常都會係APM或者鱷魚恤中心揀一間,今次兩邊都唔揀,揀咗源成中心的疊囍居。星期六下晝都有啲抵食點心,🤗冰鎮醉香鮮鮑魚和黑松露炸蝦角都超抵食!兩款點心都係$9.8。🔸冰鎮醉香鮮鮑魚鮑魚真材實料,份量足,鮑魚肉質細嫩有咬口,味道帶酒香。🔸黑松露炸蝦角外皮炸得香脆微韌,蝦肉彈牙,黑松露的味道很突出。🔸砂鍋鮑汁炆鳳爪鳳爪炆得很腍滑,而且入味,勁重膠質,食完個唇有黏笠,鮑汁濃郁鮮味,而且很夠熱。🔸原隻鮑魚灌湯餃湯底清,但味道濃郁唔會死鹹,味道鮮甜,餡料豐富,鮑魚質地彈牙腍滑。🔸黑松露珍菌石榴粿外皮軟腍易散,裏面有幾種菇菌,口感爽口,黑松露味較淡。🔸冰花紅蓮燉桃膠呢款甜品有桃膠、紅棗、蓮子,龍眼肉,味道唔會太甜,又夠熱,食完仲好滋潤,啱曬秋冬季節食用。點心款式多,味道唔錯,坐得亦都舒服。

10月1日,11點都酒樓,見等8張枱,所以決定等下,點知最後成1點鐘先入坐😡😡個叫位阿姐,只叫3-4人枱,唔想做2人枱生意,不如直接cut左佢啦!等左1個鐘後都想走,就係覺得2,3張好快到,最後食物咩質素都已經唔會再黎你地留返枱做3人以上既客人啦!

作為前龍皇嘅忠實支持者,又在自疊囍居開張兩個星期以來已幫襯五次,本人覺得有資格為疊囍居寫第一份食評,雖然本人好少寫食評。本人之前喜歡龍皇,因為覺得佢個咕嚕肉係全世界最好食嘅,但食完疊囍居,發覺除了咕嚕肉稍遜,其他嘅出品,都比龍皇優勝。龍蝦伊麵嘅伊麵,超級煙靭,極有口感。文昌雞好正,好難得喺香港食到有水準嘅文昌雞。豉油皇虎蝦有意外驚喜,以後唔使去鯉魚門食海鮮了。豉油皇銀芽吊桶仔,超級有鑊氣,又一意外驚喜。頭抽乾炒牛肉河,終於搵到有水準嘅乾炒牛河。蛋白杏仁茶,每次必食。晚餐38蚊一隻嘅冰鎮大鮑魚,誠意滿分。最後講到本人至愛嘅咕嚕肉,味道滿分,只係本人稍嫌脆皮厚咗,口感無以前龍皇咁卜卜脆。
