原本諗住嚟食餛飩(雲吞)雞,見到個大閘蟹套餐好似好吸引,仲話六折,今年未食過,我哋兩個人,但係又怕一人一份會食唔晒,最後問咗餐廳經理,佢話可以叫一個餐再加啲散叫嘅嘢。👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼本來就係想嚟食餛飩雞,當然係好開心啦,雖然真係細碗咗啲,但味道依然咁正。😋見到上菜單上面有幾樣嘢寫住「*等叫起」,初初唔係好明點解,後來隻蟹上咗就明晒啦,因為食嗰隻蟹真係需要啲時間,要用工具慢慢撩啲肉出嚟食。😂食完隻蟹,叫餐廳職員上其他嘢食,先嚟鮮拆蟹粉拌麵,由於係一人份量,當然係細細碗啦,我會用「濃同厚」嚟形容,蟹肉蟹黃醬質感厚,味道濃,我個人覺得唔錯😋,不過可能有啲人會覺得少少腥。紫淮山素小炒,鮮淮山我有試過,但係紫色嘅都係第一次見,今次呢碟雖然份量唔多,但係味道清清地,啱啱好中和番濃味嘅蟹黃。一人餐只跟一隻蟹粉小籠包(掛住食唔記得咗影相😂),下面呢籠係食完覺得都幾好食,所以另外散叫多三隻,每隻$28。套餐冇包鍋貼,都係另外叫嘅,okay好食,個底煎得香脆,不過入面啲肉唔夠多汁,我鍾意食juicy啲嘅。 continue reading

🐟超愛他家的酸菜魚大塊的鱸魚肉,肉質緊實!底下的配菜除了酸菜還有酸蘿蔔,蓮藕,藕節!💦酸菜比太二更出色,爽脆的藕節也是第一次在香港吃到(感動)🔥!!!🍚稻成片皮鴨 我反正就是覺得好好吃🤤 一看起來就很有光澤 就好好吃🤤 按理說應該多吃鴨肉 嘗嘗它的鮮嫩多汁?可是我真的好喜歡它的皮啊 😂 調味料有點點點點偏甜 但是不影響我對它的喜歡🍚 鳳梨咕嚕肉 不好評價 因為自己吃了太多不好吃的咕嚕肉 然後怕了 一看到咕嚕肉反應就上來了 第一印象就是 不好吃 😂 然後它還要給自己加難度 加了個鳳梨 😂她的酸甜有了 忘記皮脆不脆了 (腦海中的感覺都是之前吃的那種濕濕的皮)印象中自己吃了幾口的 continue reading

昨晚老友聚會一行四人到沙田新城市廣場稻成食飯,店內裝修雅緻而乾淨,我們叫了一份4人盛宴,包括有小籠包/酸菜魚/鮑魚/雲吞雞/高力豆沙等等,食物味道好並且份量足夠,尤其是小籠包非常出色,比較同一商場的米芝蓮食府有過之而無不及,酸菜魚也值得一讚。服務方面也十分殷勤,不斷地為我們添茶斟茶,我相信已經很少食肆會主動為客人斟茶了。吳經理的接待非常親切周到,餸菜上枱有序,不會一次過送上餐桌上,而是按照客人進食進度而上菜,這點十分難得,客人可以品嚐到熱呼呼的餸菜。我們可以從容地邊食邊傾談,難得是店員完全沒有催促我們,令我們可以悠閒地渡過了一個晚上,我推薦此店並會再來。 continue reading

去咗沙田搵朋友食飯,本身打算去新開個間漢堡店食,點知6點拎飛都要等200-300人…有啲誇張,所以即刻轉陣,去咗呢間稻成食。一坐低已經放好咗碟前菜係到,好自然一邊睇菜牌一邊食花生,到埋單先知要收$28,都幾貴下…紅油抄手,$58,有8隻,塊皮幾滑同薄,個紅油汁唔係好辣,反而係幾重麻香味,幾好食!孜然手抓排骨,$158,呢個排骨幾多肉,孜然味濃郁,炸到有少少脆,用手食更滋味。最後仲叫咗酸菜魚,仲加咗薯粉同油炸鬼。酸菜魚例牌2個人食非常足夠,我哋叫咗走辣,魚肉幾多,幾滑,連埋個魚頭上幾特別,不過食到幾塊魚肉有腥味。平時配薯粉多,第一次配油炸鬼原來都幾好食,幾吸個酸菜魚湯! continue reading
