我有個住新界的男朋友,令港島女的我,嘗試了很多不同的食肆,今次係我第一次去大埔行街食飯,去到呢間鋪頭,嗌左1份套餐加1份3拼燒味,咁樣就足夠啦,我地兩口子真細食每個套餐都有送例湯同白飯,以為例湯會細細碗,點知大大碗又足料燒味餐廳梗係要食燒味啦~我地就嗌左3拼,有大少叉燒,玫瑰油雞同燒鴨。大少叉燒睇落好瘦,但食落一啲都唔干,仲要好鬆軟。而玫瑰油雞好香玫瑰露,肉質嫩滑,少少咸好送飯。我最喜歡套餐就嗌左個千芥牛柳粒,牛柳仲有肉汁,芥末醬一啲都唔嗆鼻,加埋爽脆既配料,讚全場最貴既熱檸樂加薑,成24蚊杯,但已經唔見有餐廳去做,因為比較麻煩,不過薑絲飲落就唔方便,但用薑片就無咁出味,好矛盾,可唔可以用薑絲而又方便飲呢?

青紅蘿蔔燒豬骨湯,湯料真係包羅萬有呀 ﹗豬骨、雞骨、燒肉、雞腳,肉味唔濃就奇啦,湯汁香甜無比絕無味精,熱燙燙倒落肚,正到唔停得口 ﹗就算連湯渣都被我完全消滅呢。

油雞髀叉燒乳豬飯,堅係可遇不可求極靚乳豬 ﹗乳豬皮脆肉嫩滑溜溜,咸香出眾又帶豬肉甜美,依隻豬到抵食咩大架呢?不肥不膩,質感富彈性又不乏肉汁,沾上乳豬醬跟飯同吃,感覺美秒好舒服啊 ﹗

油雞髀不咸不濁,清香帶甜豉油皇,皮薄肉靚無肥騰騰無肥膏一舊舊,肉香肉甜雪白嫩滑而彈彈,美味極了 ﹗蜜汁叉燒燋香飄飄,質地軟棉,肉汁微滲欲滴閃令令,肉質幼細嫩嫩,甜美可口無得頂 ﹗

飯粒夠乾爽,不會濕不會爛,大愛 ﹗最討厭食軟飯或有飯燋黐牙。撈上芬芳甜豉油、香噴噴蔥油,搭舊蜜汁叉燒連嫩滑油雞跟埋脆皮乳豬一併入口,係舌尖上不停滾動 ﹗依個無敵合體,天下無敵,好食到心裡嘩嘩嘩嘩聲在叫 ﹗

像龍捲風般一掃而空,實在太太太好味,食到好飽,好幸褔啊 ﹗陪審團一致裁定大少上訴得直,恭喜!出品高質燒味飯店。

四川麻辣雞煲,用上貴價紅黃椒,唔怪得要成 $80 蚊啦!香噴噴,吱吱喳喳兼嘈喧巴閉送到,侍應哥哥一聲小心熱呀,當堂好 warm 啊!唔該晒。溫馨提示,讚!

紅黃椒都好爽甜多汁,不過我始終都食唔到青椒啊!草青味接受唔到,唯有放棄佢呢。蒜子十分香口,軟棉又帶粉口,索晒汁好鬼正,送飯一樣美味。

又會咁好食既?點解會咁架?微辣微麻略帶甜,不咸不濁,味道豐富有層次又神秘,越食越想食,醬汁調得堅係超好味!雞件有髀肉添呢,待我不薄,開心死!又嫩又滑既雞髀肉,沾上雞汁流著肉汁,可口致極。胸肉、背肉雖有點乾鞋,但帶著麻辣汁同樣好好味。

白飯太濕,輕微爛爛地就有點失色,就算這樣,最後都全部蒸發,無影無蹤。其實我想食麵啊!女皇下令唔準成日食粉麵,要食多多飯呀 ﹗麵麵麵、麵麵麵,您在何方?
