昨晚去大叻食越南野, 點選二人餐春卷及粉飽小食拼盤扎肉雞絲湯河香芧雞扒撈檬凍檸茶及熱檸蜜.碗湯河, 沒有以前的爽滑, 較硬身次次一級的貨.另外碗撈檬, D檬粉硬硬地, 都唔好食塊雞扒咸到死, 一味用鹽淹味.我下次都唔會幫襯, 都不是用心做食物.

早前去吃榮式雞扒時,已經想試試旁邊這一間「大叻」越南野。十二時的 early lunch,不用等位,店員也很友善。原來這裡沒有 set lunch 提供,只能叫平常的餐牌。$40 一個撈凍懞,還沒有飲品贈送。吃濃味的越南野,沒有飲品好口渴,不過我們唔想比人賺(!),死都不願多花十多二十元叫飲品。我的「扎肉春卷凍懞」,有許多越南的香料,爽口清新。扎肉少咸,春卷剛剛炸起,也算新鮮。自家製的魚露酸度適中,惟辣度稍強。(重覆)$40 一個凍懞已經偏貴,還要沒有飲品,應該 no next time 了。

距離生日飯已經有一段日子,但生日飯還是停不了,晚上約了友人食韓燒,見時間尚早,在附近打轉,依然改不了壊習慣,想食就食.下午茶時間,店內仍有半數檯有客人,自己為求影相光線充足,就選了靠門口的檯.看看餐牌,都是大路貨色居多.生牛肉牛丸粉絲配凍檸檬茶 : 先放上四色香料,有芽菜,小紅椒,青檸及金不換,讓顧客自行加減.雖然牛丸未必是自家制,但總算並非大量生產貨,可惜牛骨湯熱度不夠,灼起來牛肉不太熟,呷一口湯,比較輕柔,洋蔥味不太突出,粉絲吸收了牛骨湯之後,惹味得多.再加點甜酸魚露,胃口都好起來,靜靜地看看書,偶爾呆看玻璃窗外的行人,真悠閒的一刻.

I wanted to try their "mon fan" for so long but always feel like it is quite expensive to have just a bowl of noodles topped with meat.That day was steaming hot which gave me a reason to go. I was shocked and doubted the quality of it.

I wandered around for 10 mins before getting back to the office because I wanted to buy myself dessert.

Though the noodles were not eaten right away it was ready, the grilled pork was still warm and the pork oil was soaked by the noodles making it very tasty. They gave me 2 sauces one, one is for the grilled pork and the other is for mon fan. Very caring to separate the sauce from the noodles.

開業時試過一次,再來又已經是年後的事。下午茶時段,年輕店員在打牙交,沒怎麼好心情招呼街客,感覺是比初開業的時熱心服務,差很遠。算吧,服務次要,還要看食物水準,這天要了火車頭,湯夠熱材料豐富,但就欠金不換及銀芽,在當地吃似品總會擺一盤配料任你加,在香港除火車頭外,也真的找不到那裡會認真於這基本配套餐廳,又或者可以說客人無乜要求時,店方也難會有這樣子堅持。說到湯,淡淡牛骨香,而五香料膽的味道很重,與香葉是走同類路線,個人不喜歡這種味道,但比較起香葉這裡牛味厚一點,是做得有水準一點,而河粉是新鮮貨,在本地吃到的來說,軟滑,也沒投訴,至於配料又比較香葉做得認真,起碼牛腩沒那麼的韌。雖然喜歡同街的越旺那種「原牛味」湯底,但那邊質素是愈來愈差,如果要二揀一的話,還是會來大叻,服務方面,請店員顯出對經營餐飲應有的熱誠。

Situated on Anton Road, a few doors away from Wing Sik, it is a small restaurant with about 7-8 tables.

Their signature items are grilled, and alot of reviews have said the grilled chicken tastes like the chicken at Wingsik.

Ordered the grilled chicken and grilled beef.

The grilled beef was a must try for me, because Wing Sik was going to launch grilled thinly sliced beef, but it never came out.
However, I kind of felt there is connection between Dalat and Wing Sik, either Dalat is a subsidary of Wing Sik or Wing Sik has sold them their grillng technique.
Also they are right next to each other.

On the tables they had Sriracha brand sauce, another place in HK that serves it other than Dragon Roll.

For the grilled chicken, it tasted 80% like WingSik's chicken, except the there was less MSG and the skin was less fatty and greasy.
There was a hint of smoke/grilled aroma on the chicken.
It feels like a lighter version of Wing Sik with a hint of lemon grass, bits of lemon grass could be seen on the chicken.

For the beef, it was kind of how I expected it to be, it was thinly sliced, nice and lean.
Slightly grilled marks on it.

Apart from grilled beef and chicken, they also do grilled squid, but it only comes with noodles so you cant order it separate.
The shredded duck salad sounds good too.

七月六日 (星期二)本想去吃榮式雞扒,不過有點飽(因為早餐太full了)就到了它旁邊的大叻吃看看店子小小,坐得比較迫,但是都有很多外國人幫襯呢幸好,時間尚早,不用等位,坐下都舒服,冷氣夠我點了香茅豬扒撈檬,老公仔點了香茅雞扒撈檬上菜快,魚露也惹味我喜歡吃它的豬扒,又大塊,而且很香脆,雖然香茅味道不太濃檬粉份量都夠,男仔吃也夠飽而雞扒都滑,老公仔吃得津津有味呢飲品點了凍檸茶,茶味算濃

本想去吃榮式雞扒,不過有點飽(因為早餐太full了)

看看店子小小,坐得比較迫,但是都有很多外國人幫襯呢

幸好,時間尚早,不用等位,坐下都舒服,冷氣夠

我點了香茅豬扒撈檬,老公仔點了香茅雞扒撈檬

上菜快,魚露也惹味
我喜歡吃它的豬扒,又大塊,而且很香脆,雖然香茅味道不太濃
檬粉份量都夠,男仔吃也夠飽
而雞扒都滑,老公仔吃得津津有味呢

飲品點了凍檸茶,茶味算濃

今日兩點幾諗住去食個lunch...見到呢間越南野未食過就入左去試下...我地四個人叫左一個生牛河, 一個生牛肉湯, 豬扒澇濛, 越南春捲同牛肉紅飯...佢先黎個生牛河...點知佢D配料(即係芽菜同個青擰)有D怪味...知後我地同佢講, 叫佢換過蝶比我地...點知佢囉左番去...然後加左粒青擰落蝶野度...話個味係敢既...我地都冇左爹...唯有唔落D配菜落去...然後個生牛肉湯同豬扒澇濛到冇咩事...但係個春捲食落到係有朕壞左既美...個時我地都費是講...就敢放左係一邊唔食就算...然後即刻叫佢埋單同取消個飯...最後廚房入面D人走出黎問點解, 我地就話D野壞左...點知佢D態度超差,又話D野今朝賣到而家都冇事...最後都冇取消個飯...食左白幾蚊壞既野...

到金鐘辦完事,諗住行兩步去灣仔食飯。之前見呢度食評都唔錯,又冇特別食肆想去,所以就嚟咗。晚餐選擇唔多,叫咗個香茅豬扒飯餐,包杯熱飲同小食。改咗凍奶茶,小食要咗炸春卷。個豬扒飯最大o既特色係用炭火燒,但肉汁唔算太多,啲飯就有啲硬。凍奶茶冇乜茶味,剛剛合格咁。春卷應該係啱啱炸起,熱辣辣,幾好味。不過,啲粉厚咗啲...冇失望、冇驚喜!
