As colleagues bought farewell cakes, I had the chance to try the cakes from this shop..They chose Haw Flakes and French Toast.The Haw Flakes was actually Hawthorn Souffle Cheesecake. It tried to recall the sweetness and sourness of hawthorn. However, the sweetness dominated the cake, and the dessert was not that memorable. 路過呢間餅店，見到款式幾特別，買左兩個蛋糕試下。兩款造型都好得意，充滿住兒時回憶🤭係兒時嘅零食啊😬1）bear cookie(樂天熊仔餅款式）好幼滑嘅cream，榛子味好濃厚。喜歡榛子味嘅朋友可選👍🏻但成晒食個會有啲膩，整體係好食嘅。2）Mt. strawberry 呢款比較有驚喜，外層係脆嘅朱古力皮，用少少力度先整得開，食得有啲狼狽😂但內層係士多啤梨粒同蛋糕，口感幾清新，唔會好膩或好甜，女士都輕鬆食得晒一個。

一向喜歡吃 croissant, 喜歡它酥脆香口的感覺。途經當文歷餅店，見到它誘人的賣相，決定一試。選擇了almond croissant and DKA(當文歷的著名酥餅），並配上一杯cappuccino 。說實話，這個croissant 一切開，外面雖然鬆脆，但裡面盡是椰絲，與一般西式的croissant 有異，口感也一般。整體來講，量雖大，味道卻一般只有椰絲的死甜，吃著吃著，我也曾懷疑自己是否正在吃雞尾包⋯而DKA 並不鬆脆，咬下口感較淋，亦感覺oily,倒是蠻失望的。今天最滿意的，大概就只有杯cappuccino 而己。

在金鐘pacific place ，早餐多了一個選擇。除了咖啡，有多款pastry。單單是牛角酥已經有好幾款口味：開心果、朱古力；招牌DKA，可愛芒果形狀既芒果麻薯軟包。今次試吓新口味，龍眼青檸酥，清新唔會甜，like! Iced Americano 💖Ready to start a great day!

經典童年回憶系列，每件蛋糕都好靚，起初都擔心會係好睇唔好食，挑選了三件。原來味道都唔錯，做得好精緻，不過覺得價錢稍貴。樂天熊仔餅：外皮朱古力脆脆的，內裏係榛子朱古力慕絲蛋糕，甜度適中不太甜，好好味！Don仔杯麵：焦糖咖啡奶茶蛋糕，做得好精緻，蛋及麵條，全部都很像真。芒果甜筒：回到家俾小朋友食，佢覺得好奇怪點解甜筒可以放咁耐都唔溶！裏面是香芒海綿蛋糕，味道正常，不算太突出。呢個系列都有正常磅裝size。

I decided to try another danish as last time the pastry was too dense(at the TST store). Unfortunately, the pastry was still a bit too hard/dense for my liking.Once again, it was a shame as the flavors itself were quite good and they even got the soft boiled part of the egg right. Hope they would consider to review the overall pastry density.

最近見當文歷岀咗套童年蛋糕當然要訂番套迷你五合一懷舊下剛剛到店取 見已經有客人等緊買蛋糕輪到我時一位帶眼鏡男職員就算好忙但都好用心講解蛋糕 態度好好啊 講解又詳細!!千叮萬囑食用時間及點處理比較理想蛋糕十分精緻💓但一到達後……真係有一個瞓低咗🥺實在有少少唔開心😞不過都預咗始終甜筒蛋糕”頭大身細”係難駕馭….希望可以改善下個包裝啦🙌🏻始終咁靚嘅蛋糕唔能夠last到最後一刻係非常飲恨🥺一次愉快嘅消費 愉快嘅體驗成就我愉快嘅假日☺️
