我係保守派,比較喜歡那一啲招牌河,實冇死。生牛肉嘅口感硬了一些,但是牛肉味非常香濃,份量很多真是比起其他越南餐廳的多了一倍。湯底非常之濃郁,十分推介。牛肉索了那些牛骨牛肉湯汁,非常美味。原來仲可以加錢追加一啲配料,包括牛柏葉和炸牛丸等等,不過這碗我就很足夠了,因為份量很多很多。提外話,這個價錢來說十分實惠。

前幾日朋友帶我去間越南餐廳,初時以為價錢會很貴,後來發現原來很抵Lunch來個set很不錯咸檸7,涼透心我點了個胡志明市蕃茄四寶市湯檬蕃茄味真的很濃,天氣熱熱,吃點酸酸的,胃口勁開湯料有扎肉、豬扒、豬頸肉、脆豬肉每口都入味又滋味另外跟餐大家都點了小吃有三文魚檬紙卷(HKD43)、手撕雞檬紙卷 (HKD25)每碟4件每個檬紙卷都卷得很有實再感,檬紙本身是超薄型,不會覺得自己在吃一團粉中間包裹著很多很多的菜,還有一小節雞絲而上面的主角就是我們點了的三文魚或是手撕雞囉,也是有很多很多,舖得滿滿厚厚的抵食又好食,而且夠健康!

朋友要了番茄四寶湯檬粉,我要了招牌越式火車頭湯河 :當中有牛丸、生牛肉、烤牛肉、牛柏葉、牛筋。
湯底是濃濃的牛味
最愛牛丸,爽彈脆
牛柏葉要記得快吃,因為湯很熱,浸得太久感覺有點老了。
