香茅一般用在醃肉上,想不到可用在飲品。清新芳香的香茅配上辛辣的薑片,加了微甜的蜜糖,原來是那麼好喝。不得不提這款飲品有很多功效,如預防感冒、驅風袪濕。極力推薦👍😊
法式芝心蝦多士
外層灑滿白芝麻,炸得金黃酥脆,裡面搭配了新鮮的蝦仁和流心芝士。口感層次豐富,是一道不錯的美食。
用餐期間,店員很貼心,常常提醒用餐後要離開的客人拿回自己的物品。👍👍👏

嗌咗呢一個黃薑飯,首先啲薑味好濃郁,啱晒鍾意食薑嘅我,海南雞肉質鮮嫩,配埋醬汁好送飯。
手撕雞沙律,份量適中,雞肉唔會諧霎霎,性價比高。

今日荃灣睇完戲之後想食越南嘢,聽朋友講附近有間性價比好高嘅越南餐廳,就係越男仔叫咗個黃薑海南雞飯,配炸魚同鳳爪沙律,另外叫咗個炸軟殼蟹配蒜蓉包,兩個嘢食都包湯,叫咗一個雞腳湯,一個冬陰功湯,最後再加咗一碟招牌越南炸春卷黃薑飯一啲都唔油,配埋嫩滑嘅海南雞,非常高質,至於炸魚同鳳爪沙律都好出色,炸魚炸得香脆可口,而鳳爪已經去咗骨,酸酸甜甜好開胃;呢餐飯嘅亮點一定係軟殼蟹配蒜蓉包,軟殼蟹份量好慷慨,有四至五大件,而蒜蓉包炸得非常之香脆,蒜蓉醬落得毫不吝嗇,再加上中間夾雜着嘅金邊粉,既飽肚又好食,最後個越南春卷不愧係佢哋嘅招牌菜,除咗大大件之外,仲炸得香脆可口,而且唔會過分油膩呢間餐廳位於荃灣西市中心,地點方便,而且餐廳裝修甚有特色,食物性價比高,推薦#越男仔

叫咗個黃薑海南雞飯,配炸魚同鳳爪沙律,另外叫咗個炸軟殼蟹配蒜蓉包,兩個嘢食都包湯,叫咗一個雞腳湯,一個冬陰功湯,最後再加咗一碟招牌越南炸春卷

黃薑飯一啲都唔油,配埋嫩滑嘅海南雞,非常高質,至於炸魚同鳳爪沙律都好出色,炸魚炸得香脆可口,而鳳爪已經去咗骨,酸酸甜甜好開胃;呢餐飯嘅亮點一定係軟殼蟹配蒜蓉包,軟殼蟹份量好慷慨,有四至五大件,而蒜蓉包炸得非常之香脆,蒜蓉醬落得毫不吝嗇,再加上中間夾雜着嘅金邊粉,既飽肚又好食,最後個越南春卷不愧係佢哋嘅招牌菜,除咗大大件之外,仲炸得香脆可口,而且唔會過分油膩

呢間餐廳位於荃灣西市中心,地點方便,而且餐廳裝修甚有特色,食物性價比高,推薦

今次叫咗個下午茶滑雞河配菠蘿紅茶,湯底有少少椰子同雞味,個人略嫌比較鹹,配搭佢送嘅三種越南香料,分別有蒜蓉蝦油,辣椒同埋青檸,其實已經相當重口味,不過蒜蓉蝦油非常出色,所以都建議大家可以試吓。雞肉本體相當嫩滑,而且已經去晒骨,食落去相當舒服,成個套餐整體$39加錢特飲另計,我覺得已經值回票價。

另一款就係蒜油牛油雞扒 簡單講就係炸雞

黃薑飯初頭一睇就諗會唔會好重口味好咸

天氣熱得咁緊要,真係冇乜胃口~越男仔呢個海南雞撈金邊粉真係提升咗我嘅食慾👍🏻金邊粉雖然要加錢,我就覺得可接受嘅,口感煙煙韌韌我非常鍾意,粉入面仲有幾種酸菜絲再混埋酸酸甜甜嘅越式撈檬汁越食越想食;至於海南雞,啖啖肉唔駛嘍骨肉質又滑溜,真係超滿足~💯
