用心製作的甜品

甜品一般給人較甜、膩的感覺（尤其是西式甜點），對於平常不嗜甜的我，通常吃市面一般的甜品都只會淺嚐。因機緣巧合下品嚐過Christine的出品，卻愛上了此店的製作。當中很喜歡一款椰子菠蘿口味的「蛋糕」，口味清新、獨特、好light 好易入口（是嗰種我覺得出面食唔到嘅口味）。此家的製作一般不會很甜，之前也吃過柚子口味的mousse cake、朱古力脆脆餅底的朱古力蛋糕，都是好清新、好快就可以KO到成件，吃此家的餅，是可以真正feel到「甜品是用第二個胃」的感覺。店主還會按時令製作不同口味的蛋糕，之前也吃過加上香印葡萄做的生日蛋糕，很是回味。這是一家很用心的店家，據說所有整餅的材料都是真材實料，所以還是會繼續幫襯😋 continue reading
