去灣仔買野,路過藍屋,見到有一間叫味角既小店,見到餐牌正常價錢,就入去食個快飯,選擇了吉列炸蠔飯,但係轉左湯烏冬(加$8),套餐仲包一杯野飲,我選了羅漢果茶!轉咗烏冬,配菜有一些扁豆,粟米和紫菜,分量多,烏冬軟硬適中爽滑!酥脆炸皮包裹著軟嫩的炸蠔,雖然不算肥美,但有四舊份量都算多,吃完炸蠔再飲佢地自家的羅漢果茶,即刻中和返,羅漢果茶不甜,不錯👍幾滋潤,潤吓喉,啱晒夏天!藍屋是活化和保育的建築群,所以呢度裝修沒有太大的修飾,盡量保持原始!👍

羊架個火候剛剛好,嫩口唔韌,但係火候容易掌控,肉汁難以控制,坊間羊架就算你整到剛剛好,都唔見得有肉汁,但呢度一切開,肉汁就已經肉眼可見流出,已經係另外一種層次,同昇華。

最後甜品就係榛子雪糕配雜果,榛子酒係廚師今日當日炒出黎表層香脆,新鮮又唔會好似乾果咁乾,而且師父仲好有心機用焦糖拉出一個心型。

呢間舖頭可以接受WhatsApp預訂,為咗慳時間,我先叫咗佢哋預備生薑燒牛肉飯。職員態度好好,環境好舒服,好闊落,而且唔使等位。食物5分鐘就到。呢個餐性價比好高,$58,大大碗生薑牛肉飯,個麵豉湯入面好足料啲洋蔥好甜,有蘿蔔海帶,仲送埋一杯羅漢果茶,最緊要係唔甜啱晒我養生!個燒汁好味,調得唔錯,不過略嫌牛肉有啲肥。之後老闆娘都好好人同我講可以幫我處理,話食材一批批,有啲瘦有啲肥,下次會叫埋朋友來!
