To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

禮拜日去科學園放狗，見到呢間餐廳新開業又派氣球，就決定試試佢~叫左款黑松露波特菇薄餅pizza，未開始食已經聞到好香黑松露同芝士味！而且佢係即叫即做，所以好夠熱、好脆口雖然呢度主打意粉，但日式丼飯都做得好出色見到呢個滑蛋吉列豬扒丼飯份量已經非常滿足炒蛋夠滑夠香，吉列豬扒大大件又脆皮，連啲葱都夠曬足料~呢度大部份都有跟餐飲，我就加配左特飲鮮果四季春果茶，真係透心涼呀!好鍾意食佢啲鮮甜果肉，再加上四季春茶底，調較得啱啱好！
