今日有朋友在星加坡返嚟,佢哋話要去店小二,佢地上次來過食完後,就愛上了呢間嘢😅例牌,佢地都會送一碟前菜俾客人今日送嘅係,梅菜蒸茄子其實大排檔黎講,佢哋價錢一啲都唔平,不過好食都ok嘅!青芥辣八爪魚🐙沙律🥗,wasabi 夠哂攻鼻蒸花甲,大大隻,好厚肉,火候蒸得啱啱好鮮鳳梨古嚕肉,汁分開上,炸粉唔厚,個汁酸甜都適中燒牛仔骨,呢個真係值得推介,燒起身d肉唔硬,有肉汁,軟身炒飯到!啲飯炒到一粒粒,好少地方可以炒到咁乾身!雖然價錢比起一般大排檔貴,但係佢地嘅食才,味道都達到標準!所以真係一分錢一貨呢! continue reading

今日父親節就黎左呢度食BOOK左台6點東寶已經坐滿八成..店小二(東寶)同東寶小館的餐牌係一樣東寶小館的伙記話大家都係一樣但廚房的大廚應該唔同吧...有人食過東寶小館比較好食我諗係大廚的火口問題其實呢度小菜的價錢係好貴...炒一個小菜都起碼$100以上...我地叫左以下幾個小菜::- 青芥辣八爪魚沙律青芥辣用係沙律度係幾特別呢可推介大家可試下, 唔會好辣- 南乳炸豬手:: 炸得幾香口, 不過豬手真係食皮, 無肉可言- 荷葉花雕蒸花甲:: 其實唔係幾食到荷葉味...- 椒鹽九肚魚:: 一D椒鹽味都無...仲差過出面大排檔- 豆豉蒸大鱔(豆腐底) :: 鱔起埋骨,呢樣出色, 食得方面- 燒牛仔骨:: 得四條牛仔骨,,賣到$188一碟.. 唔值囉!!- 大蝦伴西蘭花:: 10隻大蝦伴菜.. 計返成$10/隻蝦- 煎肉餅配麵包:: 肉飯煎得太燶...黑哂-__-- 炸榴槤:: 皮十分之厚,, 根本只會食入面的榴槤埋單都要$1600~~ 真心係貴又唔係十分好食囉 continue reading
