Dine Art is a gem in Aberdeen. Private kitchen providing professional service, special care by taylor made menu for my party. Having the whole place for my party with my own friends only, to get more privacy and enjoying it...which you need sometimes in Hong Kong for special occasions or if you just want to avoid the crowd and the blabla around. They also provide catering at your home, and yacht which is fantastic and absolutely chic & refined.Unique atmosphere where you feel like at home, with a art gallery, living room, and balcony. Will definitely return and make those next days to become special to eat delightly good. continue reading

Dine Art Cosimo Private Chef is a private kitchen in Kong Chuk Hang so it was a not-to-be-missed opportunity to try their food at the Alley Street Food market at PMQ on every Saturday! Pork Belly Panini (8 tokens = $80)The sandwich costs 8 tokens which is $80. Their pork belly panini was so popular that it ran out really quickly! I got literally the last piece but they have still run out of their panini bread so they have replaced it with baguette instead! The sandwich was constructed with a few thin slices of pork belly, lettuce, some pesto like sauce, in between two pieces of nicely toasted crunchy baguette. I liked the very char taste from the pork with some crispy pork crackling, though it was pretty bready I would still see this as a quality sandwich with good fresh ingredients and succulent moist meat. It was just grateful to get to try this private restaurant today and I am not too sure when am I going to have a second chance!  continue reading

I have eaten here twice, both have been equally fabulous. From the decor, to attentive service, to the elegant and tasty food, this place is worth seeking out!I have had lunch on both occasions, the set lunch is an absolute steal! I have enjoyed the soup, presented in an adorable mason jar, with homemade croutons. The homemade focaccia bread is so good it's dangerous, and the mains are always plentiful, thought out, and superbly executed. I've had a spelt salad and the hand made ravioli - it was better than some food I had in Italy! Some meals cone with dessert - I was ready to pop! The chocolate mousse was rich, decadent and utterly perfect. The panna cotta had the perfect jiggle and was topped with a butter cookie crumb. Everything was just how it should be!The owner and head chef greets guests, makes allowances, welcomes walk-ins, and generally provides good cheer and charm. As this restaurant is tucked away in an industrial building it is not only worth finding, but it adds to the allure!Go there, go there now! continue reading
