不合理的茶界每位八蚊,花生$10,但從來沒看過花生。差不多$300的雞煲,但是份量只像半隻雞。還有將牛丸切開一半,以減低成本。簡直不知所謂。以後一定不會再幫襯。。

那天在太子做完三伏天灸,過來這邊吃烤魽魚鍋保暖,說實話兩個人吃不了很多,加上T先生又不太吃辣,我們都是旨在吃魚。本想說點個酸菜魚不要辣,怎知店員一味說不加辣不好吃,那就難為T先生多吃一點了。魚很新鮮很滑溜,沒有很多骨頭,我最喜愛的就是這個樣了。酸菜味沒有放很多椒,不過卻帶大量孜然粉,沒有完全溶掉的粉粒,食起來口感一般。點了一份串燒拼盤$88,價錢稍稍比散叫這幾樣著數一點點,有豬頸肉,雞軟骨,魷魚鬚,各2串,而且醬汁燒得入味,肉夠鮮,都沒有黏著竹簽。我們怕自己未夠飽,中段時已經多點一份肥牛粒$88 ,說老實話不是很抵食,而且牛肉粒未完全解凍,仍處於寒冰狀態,放到烤魚爐上,湯汁未能把肉粒蓋上。鬼馬蝦膠,是油炸鬼內釀入蝦膠,不過蝦膠沒有釀到好深,份量有點小,不過配搭幾香口美味,點上雞醬更惹味。餐廳是有茶位費用,不過全晚都沒有REFILL,不太值。

今日吃了一魚兩吃的重庆水煮魚和椒盐鱼腩骨,併花膠蟲草花湯底重庆的汤地味道麻辣适中,汤底里面有草乾辣椒節、花椒,配上豆芽等蔬菜,吃的时候只要將將魚片放入開水中,快速燒煮30秒。完美😘😘🎉水煮魚片的口味嫩、辣,放花椒的,則還很麻辣哦。重庆香辣雞煲真的是夠麻又夠辣吖。雞肉夠香滑。里面有洋蔥芹菜豆芽等蔬菜。跟我在重庆吃的味道一模一樣吖。椒盐鱼腩骨现杀现炸的非常香脆。今天所有東西都吃完了。你说好不好吃吖。

最近俾我無意中發現原來旺角都有得食烤魚即刻要搵埋志同道合既辣友一齊去食食物款式都多,又有得純打邊邊爐,又可以食烤魚,仲有雞煲&川式串燒食添其實樣樣我都好想食不過最後還是食烤桂花魚,因為唔係好多地方都有得食烤桂花魚鍋(一魚兩食)一魚兩食既意思係一條魚一半做烤魚,一半就起肉打邊爐,有兩種食法麻辣味超香是用魚湯加多款辣椒製成的,特別惹味連湯都飲左好多啖桂花魚片每塊都切得好均勻厚薄適中,淥一陣就好快食得,肉質超滑田園併盤紅薯粉每次食親麻辣,又點少得紅薯粉呢

相約朋友到屋企附近的汀汀烤活魚吃晚飯,每晚經過也發現許多客人等位,今晚有機會約住附近的朋友,便試下訂位,誰知又給我訂到了,便相約朋友一起去試食。汀汀烤活魚最有命名當然是她的烤魚,魚類選擇多,份量足,見許多人也專門來點叫,但我們沒有點,因想吃雞煲火鍋,向客服查詢,有小、中、大辣,我們都自認很能吃辣,香港平常的辣也不到位,但客服提議可再加辣,如此可先叫中辣,我們都認同。等了不一會,雞煲到,客服在客戶面前表演翻雞煲,又加醬,又加熱,把雞煲煮得香噴噴。我們待他煮好,便急不及待地吃下一口,嘩!雞肉嫩滑彈牙,雞味十足,但原來中辣也有來頭,起初也是惹味,越吃越有勁,雖然不是勁辣,但也足夠麻辣。我們也沒吃完所有雞,便着客服加水轉火鍋,加了清湯微強烈麻辣的味道減少了,換來是薰香味美的火鍋湯,我們只點了幾道火鍋小點,包括豆腐卜、和牛粒和津白,豆腐卜味道濃郁,和牛勁嫩勁有𡁻口,津白可能是當造,分外甜美。這裡是半個燒烤店,怎能不點一兩樣燒烤,結果選了燒茄子,大大個茄子分半,塗上秘製醬汁,分外鮮甜。豐富的晚餐,歡樂的時光,盡興而歸。

來到旺角好掛住街頭小食,但想找個地方坐下來同個老友傾計,所以選擇在汀汀烤活魚,聽個名以為一定要食烤魚,但佢選擇還有雞煲,麻辣火鍋,串燒,小食等。而今晚我地兩個女仔就選擇咗食雞煲加串燒,卜卜蜆雞煲(半只)配蒜香味湯底$188,等左幾分鐘,雞煲熱辣辣呈現,雞件金黃色,配料好香,細看之下蜆肉有點沈在雞煲下,蜆肉好鮮甜,一d沙石也沒有,雞肉醃制的口味岩岩好。燒魷魚須,魷魚切到細細粒比較容易入口,燒韭菜燒到一啲都唔會乾身,醬汁好正燒雞泡魚乾好香口,汁燒鴨舌帶點辣味而又惹味,串燒做到好出色。總結:傾計一流的地方!

近排天氣忽冷忽熱,朋友話想食啲酸辣的四川食物,我甘岩見到旺角麥花臣球場果邊有間叫[汀汀烤活魚],排隊人流還未算多,可能我七點到,場內可容納二十幾人左右。坐下來己有花生佐食,見到餐牌上有好多選擇:雞煲烤魚打邊爐等等,我哋叫左桂花烤魚鍋$358,麻辣酸菜鍋料,條魚分量都大條,炸到金黃,大鍋裏還有些配料蘿白,青瓜,仲有金菇菜豆卜在魚底部,魚肉質鮮嫩冇物刺,口感酸辣好開胃我們另外叫左涼拌蓮藕,蓮藕片砌到好薄,食下去好麻辣,蒜香金針菇,雖然細碟,但味道不錯,可以下次再來!

傳統打邊爐時常都會食,沒有什麼特別,經朋友介紹昨晚就去嘗試咗食烤魚鍋。原來烤魚鍋係將原條魚先烤後再把魚放在有不同配料的上湯裏滾住來食,有些似食泰國明爐烏頭的形式,但湯汁較多,吃完魚後,再添加湯底継續來個傳統打邊爐。朋友介紹的這間餐廳位於旺角,頗多客人光顧,平日晚上也要等位入座。店主刻意訂來方形鍋,火力均勻。雖然店名叫「汀汀烤活魚」,除了烤魚煱外,還有串燒、雞煲、麻辣火鍋等可以選擇。先來黃豆花生作前菜小食,脆卜卜!之後還有香草芝士肉醬茄子作頭盤,芝士和肉醬使本來沒有味道的茄子變得很惹味。烤魽魚鍋未食過魽魚,原來蠻不錯,肉質嫩滑,沒有太多的細骨。湯底可以選擇麻辣、香辣、酸菜或麻辣酸菜。由於不嗜辣,所以我們選擇酸菜湯底,除了有大量酸菜外,還有芫荽、豆卜、黃豆等配料。窩夠大,魚也大條,加上配料又夠多,賣相好有睇頭。滾下滾下,魚肉索埋D湯汁一齊食,份外美味,簡直食到停唔到口。我們另外叫了些打邊爐配料,待食完魚之後來過傳統火鍋。星級海鮮拼盤包括有廣島蠔、桂花蚌、鮮花甲、花枝片和青口,食材新鮮。手切雪花肥牛雪花均勻,厚度唔會太薄,有咬口。丸類:海膽丸、芝心丸、龍蝦丸第一次 食海膽丸,感覺有啲似蟹子丸

未食過魽魚,原來蠻不錯,肉質嫩滑,沒有太多的細骨。湯底可以選擇麻辣、香辣、酸菜或麻辣酸菜。由於不嗜辣,所以我們選擇酸菜湯底,除了有大量酸菜外,還有芫荽、豆卜、黃豆等配料。窩夠大,魚也大條,加上配料又夠多,賣相好有睇頭。滾下滾下,魚肉索埋D湯汁一齊食,份外美味,簡直食到停唔到口。

我們另外叫了些打邊爐配料,待食完魚之後來過傳統火鍋

魚絕對是新鮮比你睇住攞入廚房, 大條又新鮮而且很滑, 啖啖肉, 足料配料; 豆卜,酸菜, 芽菜,京蔥....食飽魚再食埋D 配菜已經很飽很滿足。
不過貪心的我 會再加點小吃...
酸辣土豆絲- 酸和辣的比例剛好, 沒有誰比誰搶風頭, 再加上蒜蓉 ,這是最理想的酸辣程度。土豆絲也是軟硬適中, 份量足夠。

燒雞軟骨- 不錯。 兩款串燒吸引之處必定是個醬汁, 係少許孜然粉加上蜜糖的味道。
最尾加個菜真係飽到不得了。
說真的 , 整體都好滿意, 難怪食到中途已經好多人在門外等位, 很多人也沒有訂位,所以真係要訂位先穩陣。

店員推介的這個烤魚確實不多骨,魚也比一般店舖的大,魚肉很滑,叫了bb辣,初初吃也覺得有點辣,但吃下去還好,加了酸菜也很惹味,外皮焦脆而肉質鮮嫩到不行,魚已經拆起魚骨,方便食用。魚肉算幾滑,有彈性,質素有驚喜,間中只有一兩條肉眼可見嘅小骨。

近排天氣凍凍最適宜去食烤魚,次次系旺角搭小巴返屋企都系車上見到汀汀烤活魚呢間,今晚終於有時間來食啦!有3種烤魚鍋和有幾種湯底選擇麻辣味,香辣味,酸菜味。另外可以加$18有麻辣酸菜味和香辣酸菜味。我點左烤魽魚鍋和湯底是加$18香辣酸菜味。一坐低就有一碟餐前小食,豆又幾脆卜卜又香口。烤魽魚鍋上面舖滿芫茜,魚又切開一半,拎過來已聞到一陣香味香噴噴。等魚鍋滾一下就可以食,魚肉嫩滑又幾大條,食左一陣就放上一些配菜上去滾再加湯。蓮藕和豆卜放進入烤魚滾可以索晒湯的精華好美味。酸辣土豆絲酸酸辣辣土豆絲又爽口幾野味。
