抓緊冬季的尾巴,和朋友一起去吃特別的火鍋!準確來說其實是烤魚啦~這家餐廳位於染布房街當眼處,招牌十分顯眼,又有中式燈籠佈置,非常容易辨認。雖是平日晚上,但人很多,要排隊等一下位子。湯底有多款選擇,而且除了烤魚,還可以吃雞煲,不過既然一場來到,當然要吃招牌的烤魚了。我們點了一份烤沙巴龍躉鍋($378),另外加錢($22)再升級為一魚兩食,什麼意思?就是留一點魚片(其實不是一點,是一大碟),待會放進湯裏煮。那尾龍躉真的啖啖都是肉,魚片也切得美美的,很新鮮很嫩。我還取了魚頭來吃,魚眼很大很滑,臉頰的肉也特別多,裏面的肉也多可以慢慢拆開來吃。吃火鍋一定一定要喝加多寶!!!另外,我們也點了其他配料,有手打蟹子蝦滑($78)、芝心丸($36)、娃娃菜($32)、紅薯粉($22),放進味道濃郁的魚湯,滋味滿分!結帳每人$150左右,吃火鍋來說不算很貴,而且平常龍躉都很貴,所以這一頓算是很划算了。

烤魚性價比高,原條烤魚上,有成個盤咁大條架🐟果個汁係重慶汁,我哋揀咗小辣,已經十分惹味,配埋辣椒芫荽京蔥,煮起來更加香!廚師將魚身𠝹開一半,令到魚肉索到汁既味道。而本身我哋想叫桂花魚,但已經賣晒,所以叫左魽魚,但魚質一樣好嫩滑👍🏻

天氣又涼返啲,又係打邊爐嘅時間。不過次次都先食雞煲再打邊爐真係有啲悶。記得之前經過旺角見到lee間烤魚,即刻睇吓會唔會有埋邊爐打。原來唔止有烤魚同邊爐,仲有串燒食,即刻決定試吓。去到先七點度,但係都坐滿曬人,等咗陣先有位入得。一坐低第一時間更係嗌咗魚先,同行朋友好鍾意食龍躉,於是叫咗個麻辣酸菜味嘅。佢哋嘅串燒都好多款揀,但係燒魚卜真係未食過,所以嗌兩串試吓。魚卜燒到啱啱好,唔會好乾,有汁同鮮味之餘,仲好惹味,下次嚟唔食魚都可以食串燒。到主角岀場!雖然條龍躉本身已經熟咗,不過職員都話要等8-10分鐘先可以食。條尾同啲魚鰭應該炸過,所以試咗先,香口又鹹鹹哋,已經幾好食。到啲魚肉,條魚雖然大條,但係啲肉啱啱好熟,唔會好老同“鞋”,仲要酸酸辣辣,好惹味。條魚都重秤,應該三、四個人都夠食。兩個人食完條魚都飽飽哋,所以加碟牛同桂花蚌打埋個湯底就算。切雪花肥牛,油脂分佈平均,食落都重牛味,唔會又淡又冇味。花蚌,份量都幾多。食落好鮮甜唔腥,切得唔係好碎,可以原條落,唔洗碎濕濕慢慢搵。成餐兩個人食啱啱好,下次再嚟,唔嗌龍躉,就可以試多啲其他嘢。價錢同雞煲差唔多,以後打邊爐又多個選擇~

到主角岀場!雖然條龍躉本身已經熟咗,不過職員都話要等8-10分鐘先可以食。條尾同啲魚鰭應該炸過,所以試咗先,香口又鹹鹹哋,已經幾好食。
到啲魚肉,條魚雖然大條,但係啲肉啱啱好熟,唔會好老同“鞋”,仲要酸酸辣辣,好惹味。條魚都重秤,應該三、四個人都夠食。
兩個人食完條魚都飽飽哋,所以加碟牛同桂花蚌打埋個湯底就算。

切雪花肥牛,油脂分佈平均,食落都重牛味,唔會又淡又冇味。

花蚌,份量都幾多。食落好鮮甜唔腥,切得唔係好碎,可以原條落,唔洗碎濕濕慢慢搵。

成餐兩個人食啱啱好,下次再嚟,唔嗌龍躉,就可以試多啲其他嘢。價錢同雞煲差唔多,以後打邊爐又多個選擇~

今日在旺角走累了便隨意在附近搵食,今次來到這家「汀汀烤活魚 」,地鐵站過來都是5分鐘。從門外看見活魚都很生猛,很放心食用。裝修比較簡單,燈光都足夠,有小燈籠點啜環境。餐廳先送上餐前小食(花生黃豆)醫醫肚子。既然來到這裏, 當然要吃一吃招牌的烤活魚,兩個人食一大條魚,都不敢叫太多。魚都是一大條,斤兩十足。我們都不敢吃太辣,所以都揀了"少辣"。 我揀了【烤桂花魚鍋】一魚兩食,雖則說店鋪都幫你去了骨,但都比較多骨,要小心吃用。兩食是烤魚和生魚片,而湯底我選了香辣酸菜味,烤魚鍋有芫茜、豆芽、酸菜、豆卜,全都鋪放在烤魚上。烤魚皮是我吃過咁多間的烤魚最香脆的一間,魚肉算幾滑幾鮮,但肉不算多。由於我們選了"少辣"的湯底,一開始魚肉可能比較淡口,但隨著火爐一直加熱,香辣酸菜與魚肉混和且滲入魚肉,變得更好食! 豆卜也吸收埋烤魚及酸菜精華,越烤越好食!【烤魷魚鬚】 同樣地選了"少辣", 魷魚鬚彈牙香口,再加上燒烤粉烤過後,吊出魷魚鬚的鮮味。一魚兩食的食法很新奇,小店經營的烤魚味道絕對比得上連鎖店的烤魚,如果魚骨更少、魚肉更滑的話可能會更出色。
