The egg was stuffed with 'ming tai zi' 明太子, which is a type of fish roe. The main components are cheese and the fish roe, but unfortunately, there was not much cheese taste nor a lot of taste of the fish roe except a little spicy. Overall though, a good egg roll.

The Sparking Grape and Lemon Sorbet was absolutely refreshing. Despite the lemon sorbet being more of an ice block (in a sphere shape) it had lemon peel and some lemon meat which is absolutely amazing. The drink had a strong grape flavour and whilst the sorbet melted, hints of lemon were being released.

The 3.6 Hokkaido Milk with Green Tea and Red Bean had an extreme milky and creamy texture. It was like a minor symphony in the mouth, with the green tea flavoured milk playing along with the red bean flavour and real red beans bits!

來到星期五又去了荃灣綠楊坊的丼丼屋Team Lunch,今天人特別多,而且店面人手嚴重不足,所以店內明明有位,也要等過15分鐘也能入座,店舖經理一人扮演幾角,由接待、執檯、搬檯、收銀、落單,全部也一腳踢,真的佩服。餐廳的lunch set十年如一日,每天如是沒有變動,沒有特別喜愛的一款。唯獨看到滑蛋雞肉丼的圖片蠻漂亮,便點了這個套餐($63元),包括有味噌湯、沙律菜、主菜、還有一杯飲品。味噌湯濃味,但不膩口,沒有太咪精的感覺,隨餐附送,算是及格。滑蛋雞肉丼的滑蛋質感做得不錯,蛋仍然保持半熟嫩滑,配日式甜豉油,滑中帶甜。雞肉塊經酒醃製,雖然是冰鮮,但調味料算能遮蓋這不足。整體味道算是討好,要求不高的話,算是蠻不錯。凍檸檬茶隨餐附送,用這樣切的檸檬塊代替檸檬片並不明智,而且紅茶味道非常平淡,喝了幾口便算。

由於在葵興的午餐時段餐廳選擇不多,Team也慣性地前往荃灣一起Team Lunch,這次也不例外。來到綠楊坊的「丼丼屋」,有人讀「井井屋」、也人有讀「度度屋」(量度的度)、也人有讀「噹噹屋」,媽…好亂啊,我也不管這麼多。店的裝潢與一貫連鎖日式食肆沒有什麼大分別,也是採用文紋為主調,而且頗光鮮明亮。午市定食套餐價錢由$48-$95元不等,連加一最貴的午餐還衝破$100元的心理關口。整體價錢不算便宜,但與其他連鎖日式食肆(如元氣、元綠等)差不多。唯我卻選了最便宜的竹輪半熟玉子烏冬定食($48),包括簡單沙律、前菜、烏冬主食、飲品一杯;所謂竹輪也者其實只不過是炸獅子狗而已,用上日式天婦羅的炸法,口感主要是煙煙韌韌,味道就是獅子狗般。熟玉子即流心蛋,炸粉全掉,質感流心但就是普通的雞蛋。整體沒特別,最平就餐便是最便的質素吧。隨餐附送炭燒咖啡,雖然香味還差一點點,但咖啡味濃郁沒有半點酸,質素也過得去。

今日中午同老公經過綠陽新邨又見唔洗等位就入去試下,我從來未食過呢間野,見到餐牌有推介一個天婦羅丼有松葉蟹腳、帶子、三文魚、雜菜($88),另外再叫個5周年每日限定30份和風醬汁吉列豬扒丼($68),天婦羅唔洗5分鐘就上枱,食物係暖嘅,但我從未見過所有天婦羅材料竟然係成「餅」上,餐牌上嘅材料明明係一件件的,都算啦!只好自己食一件「撓」一件,但炸漿厚到可以一「撓」解體,老實講一路食一路個心已經「念念有詞」,到豬扒飯上啦,眼見京都骨咁嘅色已經好不安,一食入口就覺得「呢個moment 我要爆啦」,老公見我皺晒眉頭就問咩事,我即遞上一塊所謂黑毛豬俾佢試,佢一試,個眉頭仲皺過我,仲問返我係咩問嚟!我只可以形容呢個飯係梅子醬加豬肉乾飯,如果真係梅子醬加豬肉乾飯的話,咁呢個飯真係好出色、因為肉乾仲叫有少少肉汁!彈還彈,總有好嘅野,唯一可以讚下係日本米,呢度嘅米飯真係ok,可能係我唔識點菜,以致今次經歷,不過我亦冇再打算幫趁!

今日中午同老公經過綠陽新邨又見唔洗等位就入去試下,我從來未食過呢間野,見到餐牌有推介一個天婦羅丼有松葉蟹腳、帶子、三文魚、雜菜($88),另外再叫個5周年每日限定30份和風醬汁吉列豬扒丼($68),天婦羅唔洗5分鐘就上枱,食物係暖嘅,但我從未見過所有天婦羅材料竟然係成「餅」上,餐牌上嘅材料明明係一件件的,都算啦!只好自己食一件「撓」一件,但炸漿厚到可以一「撓」解體,老實講一路食一路個心已經「念念有詞」,到豬扒飯上啦,眼見京都骨咁嘅色已經好不安,一食入口就覺得「呢個moment 我要爆啦」,老公見我皺晒眉頭就問咩事,我即遞上一塊所謂黑毛豬俾佢試,佢一試,個眉頭仲皺過我,仲問返我係咩問嚟!我只可以形容呢個飯係梅子醬加豬肉乾飯,如果真係梅子醬加豬肉乾飯的話,咁呢個飯真係好出色、因為肉乾仲叫有少少肉汁!彈還彈,總有好嘅野,唯一可以讚下係日本米,呢度嘅米飯真係ok,可能係我唔識點菜,以致今次經歷,不過我亦冇再打算幫趁!

不經不覺,丼丼屋已經在香港開業五週年,在這五年之間,我也不是一開始就迷上丼丼屋,直至我家樓下開了丼丼屋,我才真正成為粉絲。適逢丼丼屋五週年,早前只需惠顧$200,即可獲得「味の手帖」一本,內裡有十張限定餐飲優惠券,這天中午小瞳想吃咖哩,就和她一起來了。自從之前和小瞳在丼丼屋吃過一次日式咖哩豬扒飯,她就愛上了。日式咖哩只香不辣,吉列豬扒香脆可口,小朋友沒有不喜歡的理由,而且這一款在丼丼屋的水準十分穩定,每次小瞳都吃得很開心。而我吃的,是五週年的期間限定和風醬汁吉列豚丼。這款丼供應期由九月到十一月,感謝價格只售$68,而且每天限定30食,中午的鳥兒有丼吃,趁還未售罄,二話不說,先點這個。和風醬汁吉列豚丼只有三塊豚肉,但每一塊件頭都不小。豚肉先炸後沾上和風醬汁,上桌時吉列還熱還脆。和風醬汁帶有黑醋的味道,既酸且甜,很像吉列醬汁,再看看,豚肉底下還有椰菜絲…啊!想起來了,吉列豚肉、日本米飯、椰菜、吉列醬汁,這個丼飯,就像日式吉列定食的縮影!吃吉列定食,最喜歡把飯、椰菜都沾上醬汁來吃,正在納悶可否要求侍應多加些醬汁給我,卻看到原來米飯上已經灑上醬汁,這樣就勉強剛好,當然再多一點會更完美,哈哈!以

吃吉列定食,最喜歡把飯、椰菜都沾上醬汁來吃,正在納悶可否要求侍應多加些醬汁給我,卻看到原來米飯上已經灑上醬汁,這樣就勉強剛好,當然再多一點會更完美,哈哈!

以$68這個價錢來說,這五週年全新丼物絕對值得一試再試。我想直至11月底之前,我來丼丼屋都應該只會叫這個和風醬汁吉列豚丼了。

一行3人,叫左2款小食,煙豬肉茄子,牛油雜菌露笋,都好香好熱辣辣, 蘋果茶又好好飲,唔太酸夠凍香香地,解油膩感,我們分別叫了3個主食,鰻魚蛋飯,蕃茄牛肉 湯烏冬,炸豬朳定食, 首先鰻魚好大件好肥美, 賣相都好靚,蕃茄牛肉烏冬有驚喜,佢有d咖喱香味,但唔辣的,有d特別不坊試食一下,湯係好濃可以掛烏冬禁,用料足先做到呢個效果, 主打當然係豬朳,炸得香口而唔乾, 最怕豬排鞋難咬,呢間丼丼,其實我都成日食,豬排炸得脆和咬落去又軟腍腍,值得推介,最重要咩時間佢都唔太多人,適合無訂位朋友,唔洗等禁耐有得食,環境都好乾淨,服務員都好nice我成日追加生耶菜,因為任食,又健康啦~
