逢星期三都會去灣仔上堂,之前睇過訪問話呢個店個老闆好有Heart,所以約埋係灣仔返工嘅侄女食完飯去食,原先只知係英皇中心,所以以為係電車路嗰邊,點知轉咗成個圈先知原來係灣仔道嗰邊。上星期一入到店,見唔到被訪問嘅老闆,只見到一位女服務員,佢好有禮貌咁話比我哋知嗰日有咩味道,於是乎我就揀咗海鹽焦糖,我侄女就揀咗開心果。一入口就覺得好滑,唔係H/M/D等牌子可媲美。而且侄女杯開心果味道好特別,好香開心果味😋😋,我杯嘅味道都唔錯👍👍食過返尋味,今個禮拜三我哋食完飯又去試另兩款味道,今次我哋終於見到老闆喇,而且我哋兩個都揀用雪榚桶裝而唔用紙杯裝,今次食茶味同希臘乳酪味,我杯乳酪味好濃,而佢杯茶味都唔遜色,而且一貫上星期嘅質地一樣咁滑。希望咁有Heart嘅老闆可以繼續做多D唔同味道嘅Gelato比我哋試試💪💪

食過返尋味,今個禮拜三我哋食完飯又去試另兩款味道,今次我哋終於見到老闆喇,而且我哋兩個都揀用雪榚桶裝而唔用紙杯裝,今次食茶味同希臘乳酪味,我杯乳酪味好濃,而佢杯茶味都唔遜色,而且一貫上星期嘅質地一樣咁滑。

希望咁有Heart嘅老闆可以繼續做多D唔同味道嘅Gelato比我哋試試💪💪

今午路過,見到都幾多人,都是因為睇完果籽介紹來到。款式選擇不多,只有tiramisu, mango, earl grey, strawberry and coconut。我叫了earl grey同tiramisu,一樣色的haha。一開始食上面個球,earl grey,我諗左一陣係咩味,可以話是完全食唔到有茶味,只是甜甜酸酸咁,無茶粒,但都是幾滑既。再來tiramisu,今次食得出芝士同酒味,但都是唔濃烈,其實65蚊2球價錢,真是為了支持小店吧🙂或者可能我選擇的味道不是店家專長,我在美國、法國吃過gelato,都未必是正宗的,但味道可謂一食落去就會話「好好食啊」,亦一口就嘗到是什麼口味。我明白香港要求可能高了,但既然打正旗號做正宗gelato,作為食客的,希望有心的老闆可以再做好d🙂

I read an article from newspaper last week, and went to this shop yesterday to try out theice cream.  Quite disappointed that the ice cream was really average; and didn’t have the rich flavorand thick texture as the real Italian Gelato.  The price of HK$45 is absolutely outrageous for such a small cup served.  For size comparison only, the volume is even smaller than a mini-cup of Haagen-Dazs ice cream.  I had the pistachio ice cream and this is HK$65 for the same small volume.  I am not sure ho

I read an article from newspaper last week, and went to this shop yesterday to try out the
ice cream. 

Quite disappointed that the ice cream was really average; and didn’t have the rich flavor
and thick texture as the real Italian Gelato.  The price of HK$45 is absolutely outrageous for such a small cup served.  For size comparison only, the volume is even smaller than a mini-cup of Haagen-Dazs ice cream.  I had the pistachio ice cream and this is HK$65 for the same small volume.  I am not sure how expensive pistachio nowadays, but believe that price could get me at least half a pound of pistachio nuts.

The owner was quite obnoxious also.  I was surprised that as someone who just started an ice cream shop, he appeared didn’t care much to establish any rapport with customers.

睇過老闆編報導比佢既誠意感動左決定一試,雪糕由零開始制作,需時十個鐘。試左焦糖味同開心果味,雪糕質地幼滑,焦糖味好濃,開心果味突出餘開很重。請大家多多支持小店。香港正是缺少這份堅持及夢想。加油老闆!

第一次意大利旅行. 週圍都有gelato店. 食過先知原來雪糕可以咁好味. 系咁既質地. 有咁多不同味道. 於是旅行七天日日食. 十分羨慕意大利人估吳到香港有位有心人真系去左意大利學整意大利雪糕. 店面很寬敞. 可以清楚見到製作過程. 真系一門手藝. 味道新鮮. Dense. 質地soft. silky. 四十幾蚊價錢同連鎖名牌店差不多但質素同誠意無可比擬. 香港地小店真系生存不易. 好野吳一定有知音. 有知音又吳一定夠顧客人數. 希望第時一直可以好似在意大利想食gelato 會有間店去

今晚吃過晚飯後甜品蟲召喚,於是便到這家位於英皇集團中心毗鄰新開的手工意大利雪糕店幫襯了。很喜歡這家店的裝潢,粉藍色的設計令人有天空的感覺。而且手寫的menu給人親切的感覺,事實上店員的服務亦很親切,會主動詢問大家是否要試味。今晚點了水蜜桃口味和朱古力口味,水蜜桃口味有新鮮水果的香甜,果味清新,質地則是比較接近雪葩。朱古力則是濃濃的甜味,質地較一般朱古力綿密,充分反映出這是手作雪糕的特色。店員給我們試了菠蘿口味,菠蘿的水果味非常突出,下次必須一試。

今晚吃過晚飯後甜品蟲召喚,於是便到這家位於英皇集團中心毗鄰新開的手工意大利雪糕店幫襯了。

很喜歡這家店的裝潢,粉藍色的設計令人有天空的感覺。而且手寫的menu給人親切的感覺,事實上店員的服務亦很親切,會主動詢問大家是否要試味。

今晚點了水蜜桃口味和朱古力口味,水蜜桃口味有新鮮水果的香甜,果味清新,質地則是比較接近雪葩。

朱古力則是濃濃的甜味,質地較一般朱古力綿密,充分反映出這是手作雪糕的特色。

店員給我們試了菠蘿口味,菠蘿的水果味非常突出,下次必須一試。

Walked by after dinner and we ordered two scoops of gelato. We chose two flavours, upgraded version pistachio and honest chocolate. For the pistachio, the shop owner said they toasted the nuts before crushing them into paste hence it had a stronger flavour. I liked the taste of it. For the chocolate, it’s kind of a dark chocolate. But it’s way too sweet. The texture of the two scoops are funny enough though. The pistachio was runny while the chocolate was icy. Just not the creamy sticky texture

嗰日開完會,路過灣仔道,發現呢間新雪糕舖。好多味道都好有誠意,但個人行到熱辣辣,淨想食啲fresh啲冇咁creamy嘅,揀咗檸檬味,好清新,食完個口唔會有酸味,可能係全天然嘢,果然係唔同。後尾未夠喉,食多個伯爵茶味,呢個先係一試難忘,個味濃到令你覺得食過任何嘅綠茶雪糕,都係唔夠味,食完都會心思思再食。如果要舉個例子有幾好味,就係好似特濃朱古力雪糕,啖啖都好似食緊朱古力,而呢個伯爵茶Gelato就好似特濃伯爵茶,女士們小心食完會夜晚瞓唔到。個男人店主幾好傾,睇得出佢對整雪糕好有熱誠,小店嚟講,真係唔錯。

擂沙:香港的gelato店近幾年愈開愈多,有時還不知正不正宗。聽說近來灣仔開了新店,老闆曾到意大利上雪糕課,並有當地名師指導,就即管來試試。開心果味一向是我的最愛(單球$45),青綠色的雪糕質地煙韌,並夾有磨得較粗的果仁碎,比XTC有口感,亦比GROM作得厚身。可能是有陣咸香的關係,第一印象覺得味道像Cream Cheese,不過開心果香的味確濃郁,是暫時吃過最後勁悠長的。甜度屬中等不過份,不嗜甜者可以一試。

今日係Cwb 9點幾10點先食完晚餐之後 想食雪糕 我就突然諗起呢間 食gelato 嘅店 近排係好幾個網站都介紹佢。呢間位於灣仔嘅店 我同朋友係CWB 食完飯狗衝過去!因為睇到OpenRice 佢寫10:30關門 我地10:10分先係CWB 行過去!以為好近其實都幾遠行咗成15分鐘架 攰死 好彩去到仲未關門 仲有大約5分鐘先到 10:30 店主好好人叫我地慢慢 唔洗咁急住叫休息夠先 佢有大把功夫做完先收得工 都算幾好 佢仲會話比我地試味最後我地叫咗4個味,焦糖海鹽 士多啤梨同tiramisu 其中士多啤梨真心最正 同老闆傾開先知佢話士多啤梨係用荷蘭的而呢個係水蜜桃味!老闆就同我地強調呢隻係新鮮做的!我食落都覺得幾有食水蜜桃嘅感覺 沙沙地 應該係連皮一齊整。。 總捨 我地叫咗4個味106蚊 最讚都係士多啤梨味 而老闆真係幾好係一個好好吹水嘅人 所以呢間都Ok 吧

I am so glad I stumbled across this gelato shop on the way to dinner.The gelato wasn't really labelled so I had to ask but they were really nice and gave out samples.There was a good variety of flavours like black sesame, white sesame and mango which locals can relate too.For me, I fell in love with the caramel because it was sweet with a strong caramel as well as vanilla taste.You could visually see vanilla seeds in it.The texture was smooth and elastic which was impressive but not as elastic

I am so glad I stumbled across this gelato shop on the way to dinner.
The gelato wasn't really labelled so I had to ask but they were really nice and gave out samples.
There was a good variety of flavours like black sesame, white sesame and mango which locals can relate too.
For me, I fell in love with the caramel because it was sweet with a strong caramel as well as vanilla taste.
You could visually see vanilla seeds in it.
The texture was smooth and elastic which was impressive but not as elastic as Turkish icecream.
Also tried earl grey and chocolate which are sorbets and not gelatos.
Strangely I found the earl grey sweeter than the caramel as it was syrupy.
As well as 3italiani doing chocolate sorbets, you can also get it here.
There was a unique cheese and tomato gelato which was quite nice because it was topped with tomato jam and there was a great savoury twist to it.
Will definitely return if they launch any more exciting flavours.
